Did you wave your red card? I wonder how people thought it went, after all the fuss beforehand. I held mine up dutifully. I noticed plenty of fans not bothering, but I guess that's life. The overall effect was powerful, I thought, with consistent red cover around the ground.

Got hit in the back of the head by one someone made into a paper aeroplane.

...if you were in the Dribuild stand, and the paper aeroplane looked like a Concorde, then please accept my apologies. The red cards did make good paper planes though, much better than 50/50 tickets do.

The best part was when Trots got sent of and the FGR fans waved them in numbers, made I laugh

I didn't bother to hold one up. I don't need an organised display to prove I'm not a racist. I thought it was an ill thought out reaction to the actions of one or two idiots and poor stewarding.

Wasn't a fan of it to be honest, seen a few people going in the turnstiles refuse to take a card because they don't touch red.
Seemed a bit silly to me to be stood there holding up a red piece of paper (although I did), I'm sure it served its purpose and made the club look better from an outside perspective but as people have previously said it doesn't matter how many people hold up a card that one idiot could still be within the crowd.

I was apprehensive about waving a red card but have to admit it was effective plus it made the main news on the BBC website so it served it's purpose.
Although it didn't stop a couple of fans calling Guthrie a "f@ggot" in the West Stand!

It reminds me of a cruise liner, on which Hercule Poirot solves murders and sits on deck chairs. Can't imagine anyone in there screaming abuse. But then Rovers would try the patience of a saint, I guess.

Proper old man moany aggressive cantankerous jeers. Atmosphere-building if you will.

In the Prem, old men have become extinct, outside the directors' box. Try watching those games on a pension. Old blokes should always be a key component of any football crowd.

I refused to take one - Running out in red shirts and all the fans holding red placards? No wonder we lost.
