Balotelli may possess great skill but he lacks dedication, application and consistency.

True greats are Ronaldo and Messi. Players that turn up and perform week in week out. Roy Keane is often referred to as a great yet you could make a case that he wasn't as skillful as Balotelli. Keane made more of his skills than he had any right to.
