I appear to be having problems with trying to renew my season ticket on line. Having received my email to renew when I enter the renew button here. It allows me to enter my email and password to access my details. But nowhere on the page can I see how to purchase my ticket. Tried numerous times but cannot find a way to purchase. By telephone all I get is leave number and name and they will get back. No response.

Suggest you contact her to sort...and also let them know how good it isn’t....! From my conversation with her I got the impression that the renewal site is a bag of poop .....!

I have been trying to renew ours online. Just get as far as my account details and no link to season tickets. Will have to go to shop when we get home. Before prices go up next week.

Anyone know if they have sorted a finance option yet? Step forward DWAYNE Finance You'd think they might be able to sort something, wouldn't you? I mean it's not as if they're in the oil or defence business. It should be right up their street.

Definitely. They could do alright out of it and it gives another option for people who don't know how to budget/genuinely can't afford it.

I'm not really sure why the previous company pulled out tbh, surely charging a load of interest on the price of a ST that thousands can't afford up and down the country at the start of the season is going to be a profitable enterprise?

Apparently Raphael's the bank that provides the funds for Zebra finance has pulled out as they have problems. Zebra finance is attempting to find another bank as their backer in order they can continue providing finance for Golf, Football etc.

At the beginning of the season I wanted to change my ticket, and I went up to the shop, but the "machine" was broken. They said they would phone me when it was working.... Guess what

A little different but similar nonetheless, my employers thought they’d do some insurance products as an extra revenue stream and said it would be up and running in a few months. Ended up taking about a year to sort out due to all the accreditation they needed. It’s why companies often go down the white label route for this sort of thing.

Deadline for earlybird ST sales extended to 23 rd April 1700pm. Club looking at getting the necessary licences in place to offer finance directly from the club. They also report they are delighted that sales are very strong compared to the same period last year.
