When you look at the present bottom 5, who've probably all got wage budgets at least similar to ours, it just shows our tough even Div 1 is becoming.

I’m not going to dwell on the sh** season we’ve had right now , I’ll save that for a bit later , but thank god were safe now !!!!! Well done to GC for keeping us ( by the skin of our teeth ) in league 1. Really glad this season is now effectively over and we can all chill out and prepare for next season when hopefully there will be a clear out and begin our rebuilding for a successful season. UTG !!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got to say, I actually really rate Lee Johnson as a manager. I mean, he's going to lead them to Europe in 2 seasons!

City remaining in the Championship, Rovers staying up, Yeovil going down. Perfect day. Careful, whilst it’s still mathematically possible them 💩 might just water us off yet. Agree unlikely but you just never know....

No negativity needed today, in my opinion. Post-mortems can wait a couple of days.
I’m really proud of the boys for the spirit that they showed in the second half of the season. Tom Lockyer and Tony Craig have been rocks at the back. JCH was an inspired buy and without his goals we may well have gone down. Ollie Clarke has contributed well at times and still has untapped potential if he can get himself fully fit. Likewise THD, who God-willing, will have a full and injury-free pre-season. James Clarke, too has had a mainly solid season and shown great grit and desire. There are positives there for us to build on. Above all, GC and CH deserve a lot of credit for turning us around. UTG!!

I never really cared about them either way until that twat held up that sign on tv at a game and ever since then I’ve wanted them to fail.

If ever a game had 0-0 written all over it! I thought that on Monday.... I genuinely didn't. Felt like there was a goal somewhere in that one.

Forest Green set to have a shot at automatic promotion in their final game. That would be an interesting couple of games if they came up. Or maybe not!

Agree unlikely but you just never know.... They’ve got two games left against sides who are safe so I wouldn’t be surprised if they won both. I just hope the sides above them don’t screw it up.

GC mission complete! Other results elsewhere involving Derby, Fulham & Macclesfield make this a rare complete Rovers day! Now to sit back and watch the relegation madness unfold. Hopefully Plymouth fall through the trap door.
It could have gone either way today, I’m devastated Ollie & Upson’s efforts didn’t fly in. But we’ve got the point we needed (came for) now for the ‘celebration beverages’, someone show me the way to the Manchester!

Oh by the way, anyone noticed the Fleetwood fans applauding our players off?
Nice touch - assuming they were clapping us for staying up

Let's hope we can sell out next Saturday and finish on a high, party atmosphere. I think it will sell out but not sure it'll be Gasheads buying all the tickets! It's now a massive game for Barnsley as they could still finish in any of the top 3 positions. I assume Sky will show the Luton game live, although ours is probably the more interesting one.
