Evil Post saying JCH is not in the matches squad. We have a 46 game season ahead of us, no point in rushing him back from injury for the first game and risking an injury that could rule him out for months. |

Defensive set up for me, as expected for an away game with JCH out injured.
nil nil draw, but if goals are there then it's Clarke or Sercombe to score the winner. defeat not on the cards!!

Pretty much strongest side available with THD and JCH still out injured... tough call re Ogogo and Upson but Upson has been decent in pre season... Glad Bennett is in the team - he’s looked a different class in pre season and I’m looking forward to hopefully seeing Tomlinson get some game time this afternoon... Quietly confident that we’ll win this.... |

Well I like the line-up and if we can work it down the flanks with some decent crosses then Victor will have a great opportunity to notch a goal or two.

GC said last season it would be ugly but effective, but said to judge him on this season.
