How big is Ashton gate? Whack an extra 3,000 on top. 😁 Ashton gate is 27,000, hence my comment of having a 27,001 capacity

The greens will affect the Fruit Market move, but I think it’s much more likely to effect the process of selling the mem than it is the planning application of the Fruit Market itself. Assuming we’ve got to get planning permission for homes at the Mem to then sell the land onto the developers, we’ll probably hear non stop about traffic congestions, flooding risks and local school places. We’ll also get the TRASH group piping up about how the mem was a gift to city of Bristol intended for sporting purposes only and trying to block the move on those grounds too. The planning application for St Philips itself, they can try to slow down, however they won’t be able to play concern for the local residents card because there aren’t any and from a planning perspective it’s built upon land in an area of dire need of regeneration, which building upon is a strategy that the Greens themselves have proposed in the past in a bid to stop outer city development. Best chance they have of stopping it is if they find a rare variety of greater spotted newt, but that’s for planning to decide. Wouldn't Glos Rd benefit rather than suffer if new residential developments on the Mem site brought new potential customers? Trash objecting to such developments would seem odd.

I’ve got a feeling we’re going to be really impressed when we get to see the stadium plans , think it’ll be 22k but expandable and it’s going to be the mutt’s nuts . Have that da sh** ! It's already been designed and approved as a 21000 all seater Just sitting on the shelve waiting for a site www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-40811022Now I might be completely and utterly wrong but I googled 'Bristol Rovers, Fruit Market' It looks like someone has done a design recently, could be a 6th Former doing his Design Tech portfolio or it could be genuine? 3dmdb.com/en/3d-model/bristol-rovers-fruit-market-new-memorial-stadium/6473308/?q=HijackEither way, if they don't the new ground at FM 'The Fruit Bowl', I am kicking off! 😂

Probably just done for fun, but I do like the design. I could see us making some noise in there.

Every year this comes back around 🤣 It made me laugh, when Wael/Rovers actually announced we are part of the deal I saw on actual news sources screenshots of the stadium. Journalism is so poor in this country 🤣

Journalism is so poor in this country 🤣 It's all run by bots. I don't think journalists do much more than turn the computer on and fire up the random news generator. Oh and make coffee. They used to get p1ssed every "lunchtime" after a scoop but that's frowned upon nowadays.

Get comfortable at the Mem as the FM is never going to happen. I was looking around the ground on saturday. Its getting worse by the week. The only way we could improve the ground is to completely knock it down and start again -- This will not happen.
