Tom Shaw is a sports therapist.
Tom Short is the well built blonde haired lad who came from Burnley and runs the pre match warm up routines on match days.
As an aside Leighanne Kelly left in the Summer and now works for a company in Cardiff who do sports injury therapy etc etc.
I think there is quite a high turnover in these jobs in football as the money is certainly not the best.

At level you are probably right, the money isn't that great. Can probably make just as much money working for a sports therapist company without the hassle of a trip to Barrow on a Tuesday night. |

Still nothing from gas burner regarding this interview.
They have made mention that the club may release something before they get chance to release their interview.
I'm wondering if gorringe has said il give you this interview but hold off on its release until we put something official out first ?

I think it’s a case of Leighanne leaving for a better paid job with more social hours. She now works for the Treatment room which has bases in Newport and Cardiff and covers the whole of South Wales. Seeing she comes from that area having previously worked at Newport county seems to back that up, but as we all know a few on here like to make up stories of employees leaving under clouds etc. |

I was being a bit facetious, of course, but I had in mind the numerous faces who have been employed in consultancy, advisory, strategic, planning and management roles (almost all gone, along with those who replaced them), rather than lower level coaching staff. Players don't count. They are in and out every 5 mins. Anyway, I see the lack of a rebuttal of a damaging Bristol Live article as interesting and concerning. If it was a still a runner something would surely have been said? Wael spoke to the fans a while back to confirm it was still on. Now the press have said it's not, why the silence if that's not true? I suppose you could say why make any statement about something that isn't correct? Maybe. But I just know that something isn't right. |
