The only cocks are those taken in by Rees Mogg and the other elite toffs who still think we’re fighting the Germans. Biggest con ever inflicted on the British people in the name of fake patriotism and taking back control when it’s simply dangerous nationalism and losing control, influence, our freedom of movement and ability to trade. The world would be a better place without the lot of you flag waving dicks. who says I’m a flag waving dick, more than happy to meet up with you, rather than be a little keyboard warrior 👍🏽

In a pensioners group of my former workmates, 6 voted to leave, 2 to stay. Their reasons were, the two remainers said they were doing fine and didn't want to take a chance of everything going tit's up. Of 6 leavers 2 couldn't give a reason, 1 said the rule about straight bananas, 1 said about the banning of 100 watt light bulbs and 2 immigration.

I’m quite happy for you to insult me back, there’s no problem with that, but who the f**k do you think you are? Assuming my political stance, I wouldn’t trust any of those lady gardens with my future. Stick to the football, you can’t go wrong then.

No, we live under a parliamentary democracy. David Cameron ensured the EU referendum was only classed as 'Advisory' and had no legal basis. We live in a parliamentary democracy and the EU referendum was only classed as 'Advisory' for Parliament to gauge public opinion. There was no legal obligation for Parliament to act upon the result; that is for MPs to decide... as we live under a parliamentary democracy. We get to elect MPs to decide what to do about the EU referendum result.
We have an unelected Queen as head of state, an unelected House of Lords and unelected PM. That is actually a Marxist concept.
Again, utter bilge and tosh. Obfuscation that Corbyn and McDonnell would be proud of. I distinctly remember Cameron standing at the Downing Street lectern and gravely telling us it was our choice. In or out. Nothing about it being advisory as the manic Remoaners have been putting about. If you think about it logically, Cameron was and probably still is an arch Remainer. If it was only an advisory vote he would have remained as PM, given it a few weeks then said "Thanks for the advice, we've carefully considered it and decided that there's 17.4 thick bastards in the UK and we're staying put" Please, if you're going to debate with me don't base your whole argument on a total lie. Advisory my arse. Gasheadontour. i note your complete lack of response to my post. Would you be big enough and man enough to agree that the Referendum result was accepted by Cameron as binding and not advisory? Thank you in anticipation.

This whole 'advisory' stuff is pure nonsense and anyone thinking that the political classes can just ignore the people are fools.

Legally... the 'Alternative Vote' referendum in 2011 was legally binding because Parliament had decided in advance that it should be. In contrast the EU referendum wasn't legally binding; neither the government nor Parliament has to act upon the EU referendum result. We live in a parliamentary democracy and therefore Parliament now has to decide what to do about the EU referendum result.
