Anyone know why so many League One teams aren't playing today? Can't all be international call-ups surely? One for Bury I suppose. I think most lower leagues are more likely for u21 call ups.... |

Earlier in the week all the postponements listed on the BBC League 1 page said international call ups I think.

Well only 1 game today isn't being played & that's Sunderland, which is due to call ups. I'd hazard a guess that because there are international games on, we're now the highest league playing so most likely fixtures are spread across the entire weekend Yeah - only Sunderland cancelled due to call ups. No more games this weekend, so some teams just have time off. We could have done with a rest due to our dodgy No 2 keeper. We thought this international issue had gone once Locks had gone to Charlton ….. |
