Disappointing because potentially we could have been up near play offs if had won and got result on Saturday. A draw fair result.
Jaakkola 8 good saves.
Davies 7.5 strong.
Craig 7.5 strong.
Kilgour 8 m o m best of defence.
Hare 7.5 hope he's ok.
Clarke 6.5 hope he's ok.
Upson 7.5 looking much improved.
Ogogo 7.5 engine room.
Leahy 7 showed some great control.
Smith 8 great goal, worked hard.
Clarke-Harris 7.5 worked hard leading line.
Subs: Little 4 looked completely out of place.
Sercs 6 started bright but faded like a snowflake and got too deep..
Adeboyejo 5 tried, but looked like his controlling of the ball was when you had two magnets at school with same poles.
Crowd 4 grumbles and frustrations.
Ref 6 averagely poor which is about right for us.
Gillingham 5 some good players but I see them as bottom half and we should be beating these kind of teams.

Kilgour 6.5 2 or 3 potentially costly errors per game despite mainly playing well
Hare 6 beaten a few times
Clarke 5 not his season so far
Upson 7.5 anonymous initially then everywhere doing everything
Ogogo 5.5 won some, gave away more
Leahy 7 best game yet?
Smith 8 mom like a bloody greyhound. fantastic
Clarke-Harris 6.5 present but clumsy
Subs:
Sercombe 7 up for it. linked well with leahy
Little 4.5 not up for it
Adeboyejo looked clumsy
Crowd 6 tried to generate noise at times

Frustrating to concede the equaliser but probably just about a fair result.

Jaakkola 7 looked better than Bonham in this match
Hare 6.5 was just about winning his battle with his man when injury intervened
Davies 7 not troubled
Craig 8 Marshalled the back line well
Kilgour 7 prone to the odd loose “giveaway” pass but cementing his place well
Leahy 5.5 manages to be consistently inconsistent, one excellent clearance followed by naive defending, a brilliant cross followed by a woeful one etc.
Upson 7.5 different player this season
Ogogo 8.5 tigerish and effective
Clarke 6 getting crocked early in the second half didn’t help an average run out
Smith 7.5 was a handful all night
Clarke-Harris 7 getting a good understanding with Smith, faded in the latter stages
Sercombe 6 committed but frustrated contribution characterised by a wild swing at an inviting opportunity to score
Little 3 a calamitous cameo, probably not warmed up when forced into action. Went AWOL for their goal and was never out of first gear. Nowhere near his best.
Adeboyejo NOLE keen as mustard, sharp as a blunt knife
Crowd 4 flat during the game and couldn’t even give Peter Aitken a decent clap.
Ref 5 missed a lot of pushing and pulling, preened around a lot. Saw an assistant ref give a foul for once...very rare in L1
Gillingham 6 hard-working decent bunch of L1 players managed by an unpleasant gaffer.

Leahy 6 help set the goal up but needs to work on his defensive duties Smith 7.5 a good strikers goal,blistering pace, understandably tired later on. Clarke-Harris 7 led the line well and won most ariel battles Subs: Little 5 disappointing didnt settle at all well Adeboyejo 5.5 not convinced he brings much to the table. Sercombe 6.5 an ok cameo Crowd 5 poor numbers Ref 6 average, we've had plenty worse. Gillingham 6 poor in the first half, much better when the subs came on. |
