End of the day we are 2 divisions higher than them. I see a straightforward 2-0 win. I guess you've only started watching Rovers recently, we've a long, long, history of letting lesser non-league sides than Bromley beat us. Yes. 40 years ago I don’t think a non league had ever beaten us then we travelled to Hayes in 72, I think, and then Hitchen in the 80s and since then getting beaten has been a regular occurrence. UTG!

Hayes - oh lord, I was there … and have witnesed a whole lot worse since that fateful day.
I hope for a close 2-1 win, and imagine Bromley scoring first and everything going t*ts up.

UTG! The Hitchen defeat in November 1995 was a horrid day. I was stood on the mud bank behind the goal on the far right side. A perfect view of our shambolic defence going 2 down almost straight away, after 15mins or so? The day was topped off with my brother in law receiving a right hook from some thug outside the ground. Thankfully he was ok, I’m not sure it was much of a Frank Bruno effort. I understand there was various reports of trouble throughout the day. Im not convinced it was purely Hitchen supporters either.

Well either batter them about 5-0 or lose 1-0. That seems to be how these kind of games go.

Steve Hamer’s old club apparently. Another reason to want to smash 6 past them.

Kettering is another one, a club so good they want bust a few years later! Must be the poorest excuse ever from a Rovers manager, Gerry Francis said he knew he was in trouble when he saw Ketterings teamsheet and there were players he couldn't afford. Don't think Kettering could have afforded Nighel Martyn, Ian Holloway, Gary Penrice and Steve Yates to name a few.

Sorry, memory failed me. Was it really 95? Wasn’t there but was at the Hayes one. Group travelled up and we were talking about a cricket score, when we couldn’t even get one. Sticks in the mind. UTG!

I was at Hitchin that day. Not great memories.. Car broke down on the way there and I fked up a brand new pair of shoes standing on that grass bank. Got into a few verbals on the way back to the car and a few fists were thrown. The result just topped off a sh**e day. Car was alright on the way home however 👍

It was, I went to work on the Monday and someone left me a telephone message to call a client back urgently. I didn't recall it and started to get concerned. It was only when I looked up the name I realised it was a Mr Hitchin. Bloody Teds. 😡

I was at the hitchin game and can remember walking out after the game straight into a mob of Chelsea and plenty of punches being thrown by both. Also in a pub before the game got pretty lively after a altercation about a game of pool .And as for the “battle of Barnet “I was a bit to young to get involved but can remember standing there watching something out the Wild West, various items being dispatched Through the windows then being returned ,all it missed was a guy on the piano in the corner of the bar and Roy Rodgers horse being tied up outside

Are we going to allow Bromley supporters in the bar? Not expecting a massive crowd and although Gloucester Road is probably one of the best places to go for away supporters having a day out it would be a shame if we looked unwelcoming.

No idea, Club not got back to me yet. Why wouldn't it be pay on the day, although I can imagine the queue at the box office won't be a short one!

Shame the club are not allowing season ticket holders 'free' access to this match. We have paid for the cancelled Bury match with no reimbursement.

Appreciate the sentiment, but with all the lost match-day revenue we'll be without for the Bury game, can the club really justify losing more from another match-day's income?
