I appreciate dropping him after missing the pen last weekend would shatter his confidence but how many chances are the management going to give him before the recognise he isn’t up to the required standard? Would have much preferred it if we gave Smith or Deon Moore a start.

Totally agree ... that he is starting tonight i think is a damn disgrace and actually a slap in the face to all home fans attending. Smith deserves far better and hopefully Moore might get some time. Hopefully he proves me wrong but I won’t hold my breath. I’m still fuming from that backpass penalty on Saturday. Interesting that Kelly starts ... limits our attacking option for crosses but maybe tightens us up slightly at the back. |

I can see both sides to the TN issue tonight. If as a manager you were looking to help get your man a goal, bottom of the league and without a win would be the team you would put him in for. Yeah, I really rate Smith and I think he will be a really good player in the future. Against MK Dons he chased everything, did some nice runs on the ball and made it tough for their defence. We could have done with that tonight as I believe Bolton are fielding a youthful and inexperienced defence. Kelly will make us tighter at the back, I wonder if that’s more of a tactical change as Bolton utilise wingers and have Politic who is a decent winger. |

It'll take a miracle for Moore to get any game time when he doesn't even make the bench! Do we really need Little & Leahy on the bench tonight? I can never get my head around how Premiership/Championship clubs give 16 year old game time but we can't even give 20 year olds a chance. I really don't know why we bother with the Development Squad. |

I think we need a creative midfielder in there but then Upson has been more creative and got forward more this season .
I’m happy to wait and see what happens before I say it’s a bad first 11.
Win it and it was the right one.

Any idea on policy of bags is?
