I`m sorry about that, Stuart. I honestly had no intention of beating you to death with a car jack. I just got a bit carried away. Blimey, Eric is William in disguise?? Nobody will want to pretend to be William. Ugliest bloke I've ever seen. Fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.....twice!

If you think...if you do.. This The Lib Dems helped the Tories to victory again. Now they should disband flip.it/stcPxINot that Corbyn should have won, but the centre left has to.

We've had enough of unelected bureaucrats Oh, unelected Nicky Morgan who stood down now given peerage to carry on in cabinet I noticed that- seems ridiculous to me how you can use chicanery to install an unelected MP. I’m sure this is only going to be the first bit of chicanery of many over the next 5+ years so I had better get used to it. Also I had hoped this majority would see a more moderate cabinet but any hope of Boris displaying early signs of moderation has been snuffed out by keeping a hard right winger like Patel involved. Hancock, Raab and Gove remaining too and they aren’t exactly the happy clappy smiling face of Conservatism either. A very authoritarian looking government. God help us.

The Lords being her reward for blind allegiance. Soon, I expect a major revamp of Johnson's cabinet, which she wont be part of. Let's hope the revamp is really radical and they go for it, to actually act on their beliefs.

Suggestion is continuity until 1 Feb then a larger reshuffle. If he drops the ERG element then we can expect a closer softer Brexit and a more liberal "one nation Tory" government. Possibly.

I don’t heavily dislike the Tory party just because, a lot of their values are the diametric opposite of mine. So I am very much open to seeing a soft and moderate Tory party that tries to keep it’s new, poorer voting base that it has stumbled upon in the last election. But we’ve been here before in 2010 and look how that turned out. You just can’t trust them not to sh** the bed and actively help inequality. Of course, not that Blair and Brown particularly helped there either, inequality was at an all time high under them (which is why I’m wary of Labour moving to the centre).

Leaving aside the rather weird triangulation between William, Eric and Nobby who bizarrely respond on each others behalf...this sounds promising Three-quarters of Labour members want party to back proportional rep… flip.it/5mmWIV
