Hints that a youngster may be blooded up front. GC's suggested he's just including Phillips in the squad nothing to indicate he will actually play, you'd have to hope for Moore's own sake that he'd get a chance before a youth tram player. Given that Rochdale are apparently a footballing side who like to play it from the back I wonder if Nichols will be in the starting line up tomorrow. |

With Sercombe back in the fold, there is reason to be a little more confident, hopefully he will start alongside Upson and Ogogo. Always a tough game at Rochdale though so I’ll go with a creditable 1-1 draw.

0-0 draw. Two strongish defences. Two weak attacks. Seen Rovers a number of times at Rochdale. Matches have tended to be very unexciting. On the positive side it's easy to park near the ground.
