Just read GC's pre-match interview in the Post. He mentions that some players will not be able to play on the 3g pitch for "medical or personal reasons". Now I can understand the medical reasons, but what was his reference to personal reasons about? That will probably be THD. He did his cruciate at Pompey when he ran off the edge of the pitch onto the AstroTurf around the edge causing his knee to go. He's mentioned about AstroTurf should be banned on twitter. GC has already suggested THD needs at least another game before being considered for the 1st team, it would be madness to risk him tonight, more so than either JCH or OC. |

Apparently [told via family friend of one of our players] they are dreading the artificial surface Rightfully so ...... artificial pitches are bloody awful and you can’t play proper football on them. I’d stop watching if Rovers ever got one. If you don’t mind me asking when was the last time you played on astroturf ? |

Apologies in advance for the standard of, and the facilities within, the Away end for you tonight. If its any conciliation the probability of a Home fan getting a drink, food or going to the toilet is virtually nil also with a sell out crowd confirmed, and the number of outlets available. It is what it is, I am afraid. On Saturday, they had also erected 3 TV Towers on the far terrace, which certainly wont help the view, that said this will also effect the Bromley fans at the other end of the same. Have a safe journey and best wishes. no need to apologise, have you seen our disgrace of a so called stadium, I'm embarrassed by it, I bet yours is top notch up to ours I have, and I still apologise. |

Sorry but if that’s our best line up tonight forget reaching the Second Round. At least I only had to travel to my lounge to watch it. Bitterly disappointed with GC and that starting eleven.
