Could not go tonight due to childcare, strong team put out by the Gas, good game time for JCH let's hope we stay injury free and get a good win.

Harry Parsons has already scored against Rovers this season, but in the U18s. Hopefully he doesn't repeat that tonight for the seniors.

Nichols , Clarke and Bennett on the pitch reduces us to an eight man set up.
Surely some of our youngsters could have been given time ahead of these.
Despair at times and really don’t understand the thought process of GC...

Unless the club is absolutely riven with injuries I fail to see the point of having Bennett or Nicholls anywhere near the first team squad. They have no future with us and are just taking the places of other players. In all honesty I would have preferred Nicholls at Billericay with Moore staying!!!!
Clarke has a future but at present he simply is not as good as Upson or Ogogo.

UTG Olly needs minutes after coming back from injury and suspension and GC might well be playing Bennet and Nichols due to either others having knocks or to put them in the shop window, or both. GC kept us up last season and has got us to 7th in the league I suggest he knows what he’s doing , even though the football he’s got us playing is mostly dire. |
