As someone else has written - will we turn up against a big club ? we had a mare v Bolton this season, lost 3 times to Sunderland last season. we need all our best players fit and a positive, aggressive attitude. Apparently Ogogo is suspended - that's a blow but Ollie can come in for him. Ipswich are stuttering a little so I hope we don't show them too much respect otherwise the usual 2 or 3 nil defeat is coming. If Ogogo is out, then I will think that will be a massive, massive blow for us. He has proven to be a fantastic find. Vital in an away game against a top side.

Ispwich current form puts them just mid table and they seem to have problem scoring, we really need to suck the life out of them and then make sure we take any chances we get to score. We've a week off to rest now whilst Ipswich have to play Coventry for the 3rd time in just over a week!

...or better still, score an early one (JCH obviously) to demoralise them and get their fans on their backs, park the bus and hit them on the counter at roughly 15 minute intervals and come away with a 0-4 away win. Simples.

I'm going. Luckily had arranged to visit in-laws in Suffolk next weekend. Crap journey usually,M4,M25,M11,takes us about 4 hours. Ipswich about 40 minutes from Sudbury. Would be more than pleased with a draw, but not too confident!

We have nothing to fear. Whilst Ipswich are the best away side in the division, they aren’t too handy on their own patch. Only 13 points taken from 8 home games, 13th in the home form table. I fancy us to go there and give them a tricky afternoon.

He is possibly our best midfield player (possible exceptions n being Sercombe in the right positive) and Clarke is simply not in the same class.

A bit like you BS10er, I will be there combining it with picking up the Wife's Aunt who lives in Ipswich who will be spending Christmas with us. It's not quite such a bad journey from Sussex, but still involves the M23,M25,Dartford crossing, A12 - 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Yes, Ogogo picked up his 5th yellow on Saturday so will miss the game - a real shame as his booking v Southend was harsh I believe. Ollie will have to come in and play well in Ogogo's place for us to get anything. Ipswich will have Norwood back after suspension too so our back three - assuming we revert to that with Rollin available again - will need to be on form

Got a feeling we could knick a draw in this one, as it’s the type of game that suits us IMO (other team will have majority of possession, so we can concentrate on being solid & trying to grab a goal on the break).
However, Ogogo will be a big miss & we very rarely get something in this sort of game (haven’t won away at a ‘big’ ground in the league since Southampton in 2009...)

I'll be there - not so far from East London . Think we might sneak a win even without Ogogo

Yes, Ogogo picked up his 5th yellow on Saturday so will miss the game - a real shame as his booking v Southend was harsh I believe. Was very harsh, not even a foul for me, I thought he won the ball clearly. Also, it came about ten seconds after Jaakkola had been clattered and the referee missed it.

Suffolk, norfolk, half way to belgium, back of beyond, guess youve never been up that way? Oh I've been there, just never thought of those places as being "up there". Grimsby is up there, but Ipswich? More 'Over there' I'd have thought.

I think we are better than people realise and three points against Ipswich is on. They are not good at home and if we get at them its possible. I think,it hurts mind, a 2-1 for us.
