Having just seen the interview I don't get the impression he's after more money for himself. I think he's just looking for a bit of support from above to see how far he can take this squad. Looking at the bench today we really were down to the bare bones, imo hes looking for a couple of extra players through the door next month to have a real go.

If i had 400mill in the bank I’d do it but I can’t have a go at someone else because they don’t want too. They’ve been very similar to previous owners in what they’ve done at Rovers. And they certainly haven’t been our worst. I doubt anyone is expecting the ALQ's to spend theirbown money, don't forget Wael suggested finance was in place for the UWE. The timing of GC's outburst matches DC's last season to almost the week, did the ALQ's have their annual meeting with the manager to tell him his January budget this week? Dunno . That’s guess work. I go on what I see . |

I havent listened to Radio Bristol in years.Dont have a car right now and now the interviews are on You tube and Titter I get them from there. I noticed an hr or so delay in posting it compared to normal. |

Whatever GC's issue is, statements like that are not the best way to go about it. These sort of things should be discussed behind closed doors.

Why doesn't he move his family down here? I was surprised by it. Any other person with a Career would move the family..how long has GC been at the club, 2 or 3 years now? He’s been here since Summer 2018, about a year and a half. UTG! |

It comes to something when Mansfield Town think they have a chance of poaching a manager 4th in the division above. I know Mr Radford and his wife are ambitious and supportive of managers, but still. |

I have no idea other than what he said on the interview tonight but why would (allegedly) a lower half L2 club be of interest to GC?
Is better geographically for him?
Why speak publicly on this issue if it is still not a done deal?
Not like him from what I have heard him of him in his public utterances thus far.

Sign that bloke from Accrington Stanley...... Coby I think ? Colby Bishop. I doubt we would be able to afford a player like that now. They sold Kayden Jackson for £1.6 million after only one season in the division below. We need to be on the lookout for the next Colby Bishop type of signing after they recruited him in the summer from three levels below. |

He says it as he thinks it. He talks in interviews as if he was talking to his best mate or his wife. He doesn’t hold back. I totally respect him for that, but it may well go against him. But I don’t think he’ll have any regrets. |
