Mate, don't let your cholesterol count get too low....
The average Scotsman needs about 200g of lard just to get to the place that sells buckfast, and then there's a risk of energy lapse carrying that stuff home....

But its ma sister whos th calorie expert. Las week we went out for dinner with mum an she said she didn't want pasta as she would get too bloated, so instead she eventually went for................... macaroni an cheese !  |
