He won’t though. Our board are so arrogant it’s unbelievable. Dickhead. Doesn't make sense to sack someone so soon I don’t agree with you but that doesn’t mean I’d call you a dickhead. Completely unreasonable response. Allowing someone out of their depth to keep digging themselves a hole in a hostile environment seems like a pretty dickheadish thing to do though.

Congratulations to Ben Garner, that was the first game under his regin we didn't deserve to lose. Clear improvement and it only took 12 games! ...and we lost 3-1

Didn't get the rub of the green today. Stick with him guys, that was probably the best we have seen. We will get our first win under BG on Tues night.

Since BG came in we've managed 3 points in 8 games, and let's for argument's sake say we don't pull off an Istanbul (i.e. 3 points in 9 games). Then that means we've managed 0.33 points per game under Garner, that would see us finish on 43 points, which seems not enough but in context, if you apply the same logic to other teams, to predict the points total of other teams: Bolton: 24 points Southend: 36 points Tranmere: 25 points Shrewsbury: 43 points As there are only 3 relegation places, my answer is, yes, using your logic, it is enough to stay up. So actually, we should then give him a 10 year contract! Seem's like you're happy with what Ben has done to our season. Each to their own, I guess. I'm pointing out that it's lunacy to say we're getting relegated based on points per game statistics. If you did your best to be objective and not biased and actually read what I said, you'd know I said the results and form have been dire since Garner took over, but clearly I am perfectly happy with everything he's done!1!1!1

All well and good creating a hatfull of chances, but the object of the exercise is to score a good percentage of them and at the same time stop your opponents scoring. We have clearly failed to do that and a defeat at Tranmere on Tuesday will surely imho see the end of Garners tenure. No doubt our owners will disagree and ignore the facts of what his predecesor achieved. A quick look at the fixture list with away games at the likes of Portsmouth, Sunderland etc, shows you that relegation is a possibilty and Garners results up to now clearly show relegation form.

The fact Tranmere has been on worse form than us since Garner took over? Let's see on Tuesday then. I'm sure we'll win 5-0 You're talking out of your ass Gassy, that's clearly not what I said.

No ones saying 10 year contract. But we can let it run to the end of the season, likely . What a fantastic idea! Past history of L1 tells us relegation fighting teams will pick up points towards the end of the season. There's also always at least 1 team who'll drop down to join the fight. We're in absolute free fall and can't get close to a win, why not continue that for another 3 months?

You're indicating we'll beat Tranmere and indicating we're not in a relegation fight. Let's see what happens on Tuesday. For me, if we don't win on Tuesday then Ben has to go. If you can't beat a team that is supposed to be on even worse form than us, then ultimately we won't win another game all season.
