didn't go to the game - just an observation from highlights. JCH getting quite high marks and yet missing very good chances - badly, i.e. not even testing the keeper !

Another game, another defeat but hey we had lots of possession and attempts on goal!
Also as Mark alluded to above some strange marks. Steve I see you put a fair bit of effort into giving your match reports but how can you mark two of the subs as nole and the other with a 5 yet Barrett was on the park 10 mins less than the other two?!
We lost, conceded 3 and missed a number of opportunities without working their keeper. My marked are based on this.
All this against a team that were there for the taking on the day.
Blackman, 5
Little, 5 best of the back four but looked a little rusty, understandably.
Craig, 3 lost the beast for their first, needs a rest but who do we bring in?
Kilgore, 4 starting to look as though he's struggling.
Leahy, 3 I've said on here a few times he's our weak link, not a good enough defender.
Upson, 4
Ogogo,4
Clarke,4 all as poor as each other.
Rodman, 5 a bit hot and cold on the day.
JCH, 4 a £1m striker, not in my eyes. Can he not show a bit of composure, finesse or calmness in front of goal instead of
blasting everything?
Mitchell-Lawson, 5.5 great goal to open his account but should have scored with his header. Tired again in the second half.

Results in and Jayden Mitchell-Lawson was Man of the Match with a score of 6.92.
Jonson Clarke-Harris was runner-up for the first time in this match, despite 12 MotMs.
After the 1.55 awarded to the referee in the Coventry game, this was the worst back-to-back refereeing performances since the early days of the Conference (Braintree (A) 0.9 and Wrexham (H) 0.7)
Starting XI average was 5.18.
