Blackman 8 Made a few great saves today to keep us alive
Little 6.5 Decent performance today and improving with each game since his return
Kilgour 7 Felt he was struggling today and beaten for pace until he scored his worldly and he was terrific thereafter.
Craig 6 Steady display but better in a back three
Leahy 7.5 Our best defender today made some vital interceptions and blocks
Upson 5.5 Ordinary along with his customary booking
Ogogo 6.5 Decent, got forward well
Clarke 4 Sorry but once again not up to standard.
Rodman 6 A good first half but poor in the second and rightly subbed.
Clarke-Harris 7.5 Caused them problems all game, worked hard and even defended well towards the end.
Mitchell-Lawson 4 Sadly didn't seem to get into the game much.
Subs: Ginnelly 7 Made a difference
Abraham 7 Quite impressed, stayed forward allowing JCH to assist at the back when holding on to our lead.
Barrett 7 Tidy performance, looked strong confident and controlled in possession
Crowd 6
Ref 9 Brett Huxtable is the top man for entertainment and usually we win when he's out front! Seriously thought he reffed quite well until the last 10 minutes when he must have lost his contact lenses and got everything wrong.

Not sure we deserved that as our keeper had to make some brilliant saves whereas we again struggled to get the shots away and good crosses in. Thought BG should put 2 up front earlier than he did. Best Ive seen Little this season. Not confident in Craig and Kilgour as our 2 CBs.

Blackman 7.5 best match I've seen from him.
Little 6.5 a couple of baffling decisions.
Kilgour 8 m o m
Craig 7 steady performance.
Leahy 7.5 got across well to cover and made some important tackles.
Upson 6 slowed the game up and picked some poor passes.
Ogogo 6.5 best of the mid for me.
Clarke 6 best thing he done was break up play but where is the Ollie of old?
Rodman 5.5 not his match today.
Clarke-Harris 7.5 worked hard.
Mitchell-Lawson 5.5 anonymous.
Subs: Ginnelly 6 does it matter...?...he scored the winner.
Abraham 7.5 was everywhere, took alot of the dogsbody work from jch and made himself a physical nuisance.
Barrett 6.5 ok and kept the ball rolling.
Crowd 10 for everyone turning up in adverse weather conditions.
Ref 5 some decisions spot on, some baffling to say the least.... allowed too much time wasting including blind eye to their keeps.
Blackpool 7 can play a bit, shame they resorted to tactics of gamesmanship. I think we'll end up neighbours in the league in May.

Blackman 8.5 M.o.M a match winning performance ,two great saves, handled the ball well in awful conditions l Little 7 I havent been impressed with him but today he showed glimpses of what he is capable of. Kilgour 7 a terrific goal,was kept busy by the Blackpool forwards but kept battling Craig 6,5 decent but not suited in a back four. Leahy 7 same as Little, a good game and even got some important tackles in. Upson 6 worked hard but created little, Ogogo 6.5 same as Upson but got in some important tackles. Clarke 5.5 sadly off the pace Rodman 5.5 made little impression and was rightly subbed. Clarke-Harris 7 led the line well ,took a battering by the Blackpool centre backs. Mitchell-Lawson 5.5 struggled to get in the game. Subs: Ginnelly 6.5 made a difference and reacted quickly to deflect JCH s shot out of the keepers reach. Abraham 7 young,raw but has pace and is willing to run and chase everything. Barrett 7 he has undoubted quality and looked up for it today. Crowd 7 decent turn out on an atrocious day, Ref 7 he got most things right but a bizarre change of mind late on was unusual to say the least! Blackpool 6 dealt with the conditions better than us but started wasting time after their 2nd minute goal so they ended up shooting thereselves in the foot. poetic justice and Garner has finally got the slice of luck he had been hoping for. |

Blackman 8 Kept us in the game with some timely saves MoM
Little 5.5 If only he could cross a good ball occasionally, defensively sometimes a liability.
Kilgour 6 Found the conditions difficult especially in F/H when B/pool were the better side. What a strike for his goal.
Craig 5 Found the conditions difficult, big mistake for their goal, but without playing well still the captain.
Leahy 6 Played OK. Crossing useless. Defended quite well with some good blocks and tackles.
Upson 5 Stuck to his task without producing to much.
Ogogo 5.5 Dogged performance, again without producing to much
Clarke 5 Typical no frills performance.
Rodman 5 Tried hard enough without getting anywhere, rightly subbed
Clarke-Harris 6 Frustrating to watch as he puts in great effort. Should have had a penalty in F/H
Mitchell-Lawson 4 Not that good today.
Subs: Ginnelly 5 A bit like Mitchell-Lawson but got his foot in the right place to score
Abraham 5 Fair play had a go and caused a few problems.
Barrett 6 Not a fan at the moment, but he looked assured in the conditions.
Crowd 4 In the F/H when we were fighting the conditions. 6.5 in S/H. Fair play to everyone who turned up today and even the B/pool fans and hope they went home dry.
Ref 6 Typical Mr. Huxtable display, done quite well along with the few peculiar decisions.
Blackpool 5 Passing much better than ours. What a tw*t their number 6 was, probably swung the game in our favour.
BG Good to see him with a bit of emotion before the winning goal, and even giving the ball boys some advice. Just got to carry it on against Sunderland.

Blackman 7.5 - made some vital saves in the second half
Little 5.5 - had a lot of the ball but made a lot of mistakes
Kilgour 6 - very poor defensively but receives an extra mark for the wonder goal
Craig 5 - all round a poor game and missed a good chance to score
Leahy 6 - generally ok defensively but delivery often poor
Upson 5 - could not fault the effort but lacked the quality
Ogogo 5.5 - covered a lot of ground but still nowhere near the form before Xmas
Clarke 4.5 - lacked quality. Is not the goal threat that he has been in recent years
Rodman 4.5 - poor match. Did not get into the game.
Clarke-Harris 6.5 - battled hard and makes a difference. Still someway short of best form
Mitchell-Lawson 4.5 - as per Rodman
Subs: Ginnelly 5.5 - got the goal but only a marginal improvement on other wingers
Abraham 6 - made a difference when he came on and his pace will be useful going forward
Barrett 5 - has the air of a skilful player but today lacked substance
Crowd 6
Ref 6
Blackpool 6.5 - coped far better than us with the conditions and unlucky not to take at least a draw away from the game

Well we finally got to see a win although up until the sending off I couldn't see where we were going to get it from. We needed a change of luck infront of goal and we got it at the end, hopefully we can kick on from this although Sunderland
will be a daunting task. Dennis truly played his part and credit to both sets of fans who stood out in the elements on the terracing.
Blackman, 7 a couple of heart in the mouth moments with his kicking at the start but he more than made up for them, especially with his last minute save.
Little, 6 game time is serving him well and looking like the right back we've been crying out for.
Kilgore, 6.5 struggled in the first half against their attack, some strike for our equaliser.
Craig, 5 struggled, it's been a long season with a lot of games for him.
Leahy, 5 having praised him after Tuesday it was back to his norm on Saturday. Goal came again down his side.
Upson, 5 booked again, full of effort but we need more!!
Ogogo, 5 as above regarding effort.
Clarke, 5 as above.
Rodman 5 struggled to get into the game and make an impacted.
JCH, 5 has his bubble burst as the wonder goals have dried up?
Mitchell-Lawson, 4 just never got into the game.

Abraham, 4 looks like I'm the only one to think he was poor.
Barrett, 5.5 impressed when he came on, calm on the ball and never wasted a pass.
