Leahy not good enough in a back 4, Craig unable to play his prper role in a back 4. It’s a tough one to call because in a back 5 Craig is immense an ls clearly the captain of the defence but Garner likes four at the back. In a back four Craig isn’t half the player. With Davies injured most of the season and no recognised right back fit either it’s no wonder we’re struggling defensively. I’d go back to 352 until we’ve got the players for 4 at the back perhaps a back four of Hare Holmes Dennis Kilgour and harries would be brilliant who knows but at the moment it’s square pegs round holes. |

So we get to play them again soon. So soon that Ogogo will still be serving his suspension! If its so obvious that it was not a sending off as most on here are claiming, it will obviously be turned over on appeal. I personally doubt it! Was never a red bideford, if you were at the game today you would agree. |

Really dont want to play them again, dont want us to come down to their cheating level. At the same time I hope they f**k it up in the playoffs

Do we all want Garner out again now? No. He was appointed only two months ago. We’re not going down so might as well give him the rest of the season. If it’s still not working by May then get rid and bring in a new manager for next season. |

Well if he did, then he should be made to walk back to Bristol, and pay a huge fine. We might still have lost with 11, but going down to 10 made it very hard |

One of the problems with Clark, Upson and Ogogo is their lack of discipline as the frequent bookings leave us ineffective as they try to avoid being sent off. We were poor with our passing today which presented Sunderland with numerous opportunities to attack. It will be interesting to see if play should have been stopped when Kilgour and Craig collided and if Ogogo deserved to be sent off.

The score line looks and is bad, but 0-0 for 70 mins and going down to 10 was the killer. Before that we were doing fairly alright.
Abs getting sent off imo is a small blessing in dusguise as next week we’ll be forced to play an attacking creative mid in either sercomne or Matthews.

To be fair down to 10 men away to the in form team in the division and we lost. If we’d held on for 0-0 then that would have been amazing but I’m not sure that the fact we didn’t means our players aren’t up for the fight. In fact considering how bad our points to games ratio is under Garner I’m surprised how up for it our players still look. Usually on a run as bad as we’ve been any team would look to have given up and the manager would have been sacked. I’m willing to give Garner until the end of the season. Beat shrews next week and things will be looking up , things can change quickly in football. |

Oh well I think most of us sorted of expected that score line, but for one of the so called BIG BOYS having to cheat like that it’s a Dam disgrace!
I just hope that bell end safc who’s taken over our forum for the last few days doesn’t come on here gloating later, in fact just ban the prick now!

Lol Well yes , first half of the season he was very consistent, often our best player, we were very hard to break down, he was the captain of our defence , we kept loads of clean sheets , we played 3-5-2 and we were 3rd in the league. Since weve switched to 4-3-3 he looks too slow not agile enough and not good enough without a defender either side. Just saying how I see it. Obviously you disagree. |

If Ogogo did kick out then it was just plain naïve stupidity. I'm sure that Maguire or Ozturk or whichever Sunderland player it was would know how our midfield can be wound up and, it seems, succeeded.
I know this is without seeing/knowing all the facts, but if it is proven that he lashed out after being wound up - then he has to grow up.
It is an unfortunate part of the modern game, but teams do go out to wind up known hot heads on the opposition. Whether we are that street wise I don't know.
