If we lose this game then I think Garner needs to go. I've been patient for weeks but there comes a point where you can't be anymore. No signs of improvement since the Wycombe game.

Our once solid defence now concedes some of the softest goals we have ever seen.
One striker who is completed isolated and if any defender or midfielder does get the ball they only look for the long ball.

This guy is a complete joke …. Sorry I have tried to stay positive but he just hasn't got what it takes.
Talks a good game … He has conned our Board (well all two of them) and he is clueless !!
Crap line up at home once again … desperately needed two up front today and now we chase a game for 20 minutes again.
Sorry Ben … You need to go or at least have someone alongside you who knows how to manage a group of players!!

I tend agree BG isn't working out and there are no signs that he will. Time to cut our losses and start looking for a new manager now while we are relatively safe. But isn't he on a two and a half year contract? That's what I meant by cut our losses. |

He may be a good technical coach of individual players, but it is clear that he has no ability to set up a team, to set tactics, to change formation as and when the game and the opposition require it.
I wanted the new vision to work, but it clearly isn't and he has to go to give us time to get a new man in who can assess the squad and plan for next season over the Summer
