No way our board will do anything. They were forced into Hiring BG because GC left, csnt see them sacking BG. I have to admit, I was happy to accept we weren't going to be doing anything this season and saw it as transition period for us. But 1 win in 16, with players playing with no energy at all questions whether BG can motivate the players at all. I would like to think we would have won a handful of games, with glimpse of a new style but we are just water poor. Still think we might as well stick with him though, who is going to come in now. As far as I am concerned, the problem at BRFC are higher up, there is no ambition up the top, where is the new ground, where is the training ground... it was only a matter of time before the players become disillusioned...us fans need to raise our voices, this rot will only go on. The board were not forced into hiring Garner! Starmes confirmed at the time that they had loads of applications. For reasons only known to Wael and Starmes they hired a muppet! So we recieved loads of applications, but decided to hire someone with no experience. Not sure I quite believe anything Starnes, Wael or anyone at board levels says, surprised you have fallen for the loads of applications line.. I personally doubt there were very many people wanting the job at a club that has no ambition. People keep saying give Warnock a call, give this guy a call..one look at our facilities and they would put the phone down.

We've got 11 games left, if we don't achieve 12-15 points from those then we need to ask questions.... After watching that dross today Paul I for one am asking the questions now. Garner won't be the first and certainly won'be the last football coach who failed as a Manager. Our owner needs to wake up, realise he has made a big mistake and get on the blower to Warnock asap! Zero chance Warnock will come here, you are kidding yourself. He could walk into another Championship club next season.

As we're not likely to be relegated Hargreaves and Mansell until the end of the season then take stock.

This has been my argument all along. Do I think we are utterly dreadful? Yes, today was some of the worst football I’ve seen since the Mghee/Ward/Buckle days. Do I want him sacked? No, ultimately I think it’s worth giving him another transfer window, this season is a lost cause anyway. Was hoping that Sercombe would provide some creativity on his return today but I think it will take him a few games to get up to speed. I’m in total agreement with you about Barrett and Matthews, they both can’t be any worse than our current midfielder, worth giving them a chance. Barrett needs to lose a bit of weight before he is considered again. Can't believe the same concerns were raised about his weight by Coventry fans over 2 years ago when he joined them on loan. Needs to sort it ASAP. I guess the coaches and staff will know whether his weight is an issue. If his fitness levels on all the tests and GPS monitoring are comparable to the other players I don’t see why he shouldn’t be selected. I’m not too concerned if his shirt is stretching a bit if he can still get about the pitch and create chances!

He looked like he was treading in treacle when he last came on and struggled to beat his man.

No one on here seemed to like him but Paul Tisdale has the same philosophy as BG wants to do things ie play passing football and developing youth and the one thing PD has is experience in management at this level. Still time to make a positive appointment for next season but I think we are stuck with BG given that the owners do give a sh**!

His experience at this level consists of relegation with Exeter and getting sacked at MK Dons this season in 21st place having lost 8 out of his last 9 games scoring only 1 goal in those final 9 games.

The main problem with our club is the owners who say nothing whatsoever so why do anyone think they will come out and sack the Manager. The club is becoming a joke and the matches are now becoming totally lacking in any atmosphere whatsoever which is not really surprising taking into account the total lack of anything that resembles entertainment. For me Garner needs to first concede that one up front is not working and will never work and then play his signings. Why sign them if you are not going to play them? My problem is not really now but next season because we have too many loans and will be pretty well in the same position in the summer as we were in January. Can't see the current plan ever working and at the moment can't see where the next point is going to come from let alone three even though we are playing Southend next week. Today was a disgrace.

The gaps in the Thatchers End and below the Dribuild Stand is worrying.

Axe.give us one positive since he has been in charge? It's like trying to defend someone with a gun in their hand over a dead body and saying they killed him The smoking gun was planted! But being serious, I guess his philosophy, his contacts and his interviews are a plus. Just wish it would translate to success on the field admittedly. His interviews are only a plus if you listen to them in mute.

I thought it was going to be closer to the 6k before hand, but even though there were big gaps as you said there was no doubt the number at the mem was around the 6900 mark. The Thatchers was way more full than I thought it would before the game. We are still 2500- 3k off where our gates were a couple of seasons ago and will drop towards 6k over the next month.

I’m sure someone off Sesame Street could have picked up more than one win. It’s a fckin simple game.
When we got the ball get into space, when they have it get tight. This is the really important part - Pass the ball to the bloke in a Rovers shirt.
