Just thinking could we send loan players back to there clubs as I'm sure we no longer need them anymore not in a relegation fight not you going to get into play offs ?

We already knew that was likely in January anyway? I guess like anything it depends on the wording of the contracts and whether we want to upset the likes of Chelsea and Derby buy cutting short players loan deals.

Another thing along with contracts, that is completely up in the air but you raise a good point.
I would imagine that if the remaining games are going to played this summer, clubs will come up with an internal agreement to extend the length of the loan contract to cover them.
With the injuries we have, we'll be lacking in numbers if we simply let them go back, but again that could change by the summer.

Surely by the time the season resumes injuries to most of the players should be over and squad at least at pre-season level.

I worry that if the players return straight into competitive football after perhaps 3-4 months without playing any football, there is the potential to sustain a lot of injuries in a short space of time. Davies injury is a long term one and THD seems to be constantly injured anyway, so we wouldn't have too much depth. The loanees give Garner options and mean we have a stronger bench.

Most be likely to be closed door friendlies before, plus most mid table teams will not be going full belt, but saving their squads for the next season which will start almost immediately.

Well I'd assume that all loans would be automatically extended for the season end (if there is one)?
