Name the current Labour MPs who hold similar views , out of interest? 1. Racheal Maskell Mike Kane Rosie Cooper All voted along with Therese Coffey against extending abortion rights in Northern Ireland. 2. Nearly 100 labour MPs voted against the assisted suicide bill in 2015. (I'm certainly not going through the list to see who is still an MP. 3. 22 Labour MPs voted against a bill for gay marriage. (Again I'm not going through the list). Just a question Yatton do you believe in abortion up to the day of birth for any reason? Secondly do you believe doctors who perform sex selected abortions should be prosecuted? 👋👋 High Yatton just wondered if you missed my reply to you as you haven't replied and answered the two questioned I asked you.

Sorry mate , didn’t see them. 1, no , I think the balance is about right now . 2, that’s not allowed anyway in this country is it ? Thank you for your reply. The reason for asking is that..... 1. "Sir" Keir Starmer threw his support behind a host of pro abortion pledges. One of these which he supported was to introduce abortion up to birth for any reason in the UK. 2. Whilst head of the CPS "Sir" Keir ruled against the prosecution of two doctors who were secretly filmed arranging sex selective abortions in a Telegraph expose. The CPS stated it was not in the "public interest" to prosecute the individuals. So people from the left need to look a little closer to home before ridiculing Therese Coffey on her beliefs.

My knowledge on this subject isn’t great if I’m honest France , all I say is abortion should be a right for any woman up to a certain point and 24 weeks sounds about right . Maybe I’d go personally for 20 weeks apart from exceptional circumstances . Not sure why you have to keep highlighting “sir” Kier ?

Is point 1 referring to the Manifesto and subsequent leadership contest? In which case it decriminalising abortion rather than legalising it. "But the 1967 act did not repeal the 1861 Offences Against The Persons Act, which still technically means that anyone who attempts to “procure her own miscarriage” is committing a criminal act and subject to a jail sentence. Northern Ireland was always exempt from the 1967 reform, but last month MPs voted to abolish the 1861 act too, meaning the province is the only part of the UK where the practice is decriminalised." www.google.com/amp/s/www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/amp/entry/labour-manifesto-abortion-law-decriminalisation_uk_5dd428ebe4b08a4325e3a6f1/Point 2 was to do with clarifications regarding this case. "Jenny Hopkins, deputy chief Crown prosecutor for CPS London, said previously that the fact the abortions had not actually taken place influenced the decision not to proceed, saying a relevant factor was that the General Medical Council was already involved and had the power to strike doctors off the register." www.google.com/amp/s/www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/health-news/decision-not-to-charge-two-doctors-over-genderbased-abortions-was-right-dpp-keir-starmer-says-8864400.html%3famp

Kinda curious why anyone (especially men) feels there should be a law as to when a woman can and can’t make a decision about her body. What gives any of you (or anyone for that matter) the right?

CPS chief refuses to press criminal charges when no crime was actually committed "shocker"? The intent to commit a crime is a criminal offence. Why do you think police have arrested many people who have planned a terrorist attack in the UK before the attack has actually happened....Because of intent. Do you therefore advocate waiting until the crime has taken place before taking action??

I am no monarchist however,I have huge respect for someone who understood the requirements of the role and has steadfastly carried out her duty as she sees it unflinchingly, that photo of her sitting alone in church when Philip died will always stick in my mind.

Do you therefore advocate waiting until the crime has taken place before taking action?? Yes I believe it correct to prosecute a crime after it has been committed rather than before. Planning a terror attack is a crime. So planning terrorism is prosecutable. Intent is not always a crime, only in certain circumstances and normally when someone has taken steps towards an action.

This'll be interesting Right now, I am intending to kill Oldie. I have bought a knife and I am on my way to his house. What crime have I committed? I understand your desperation to smear Stamer at every opportunity, but unfortunately he cannot prosecute things just because you think they should be a crime. The issue of intent is very complex and nuanced. It can often make or break cases, change murder into manslaughter or not be a crime at all. I am sure that there may be plenty we agree on but unfortunately the law (rightly or wrongly) deems some actions crimes of intent and not others.
