It's not just Westminster, trouble brewing in Scotland too. And no, I don't follow Galloway on Twitter before you ask. đ

And no, I don't follow Galloway on Twitter before you ask. đ Tell you what having lived there for 13 years it's real small town politics and the hatred between the party's there is palpable. I have little doubt that the current SNP cabal have had it in for Salmond since "thin lips " became FM. I would love for them to vote for real Independence ie:no keeping the pound etc, they have an inbuilt hatred for anything English so exercise their mandate and bon voyage! !

Any coincidence that all the talk about the referendum has gone awfully quiet? She normally isn't short of a word or two on that subject.......

I've been critical so some balance. I think we can agree that the vaccine rollout has been successful, I did wonder if the 12 week gap was a good idea but seems to be reasonable and means more get their jab sooner. "Germany's top-selling newspaper has hailed the UK's COVID vaccine rollout success and its plans to lift lockdown, announcing on its front page: "Dear British, we envy you." The article in the tabloid paper Bild says Brits "are reacting with overwhelming euphoria" after Boris Johnson revealed plans to gradually lift all restrictions by 21 June." news.sky.com/story/covid-19-germanys-top-selling-newspaper-admits-envy-for-uks-vaccine-rollout-12227957

Budget due soon, Times is reporting a freezing of the Lifetime Allowance (pension related) and higher rate income tax.
Personal Allowance to stay at ÂŁ12,500 and Corporation tax to increase over time from 19% to 25%. The article states it will raise ÂŁ3bn for each 1% increase.
Other press reports have suggested freezes to stamp duty as well as beers, wines and spirits.

So that makes it ok ? Thereâs a lot of assumptions there.... No I didn't say it was OK however, why is it misinformed as if it's the government when it's clearly not ,it was agreed by GPs and approved within the NHS. If we are going to accuse the government then let's get it factually correct.

GPs are kept separate from NHS but still we shouldn't be selling anyones health care support systems to vulture organisations. There is a problem with media stories getting overly dumbed down to sell it quickly, people are generally treated as idiots aren't they.

Surely the questions etc shold be directed at the GPs who have sold particularly about why and what is te benefit to patients rather than lining their own pocket, personally I don't think they should be allowed to and morally I don't see what their justification can possibly be.

Legislation for something like this is fraught with potential legal challenges so if it is to be stopped fire at the GPS.
