The little white flags were apparently marking the drainage channels being installed below the car park. Does this mean we are having a gravel surface to the car park (better drainage), rather than a tarmac one? If you zoom in a bit on the fenced area, you can see the tee shape of the clubhouse marked out. The groundman's store is likely to be where the huge pile of gravel is.
