I suspect that actually he's probably not a bright man and that the culture up in Royalty land feeds the notion that the peasantry are rather dim and will accept any old tripe. Maybe a combination of the two. |

I know Federal cases aren't allowed to be televised in the US, but obviously things vary from state to state |
