Here is a Jamie Shore video for you. I always remember this game, probably Jamie Shore's best performance, scored 2, and set up the 5th for Jason Roberts, beat 3 and then plays an inch perferct through ball. Arguably the most technicaly gifted player i've seen in a Rovers shirt, shame the injuries meant he only played a handful of games for us, but if it wasn't for those injuries he wouldn't of ever played for us in the first place, he could of been a top Premier League player with many England caps imo |

I marvelled at his skills in every game he played for us. The boy was a massively talented player. I also enjoyed his stint as a summariser on Radio Bristol, said it as he saw it, pulled no pinches. Much better than the current offering. |

Hopefully in our academy we’re teaching the young lads the same consistent things through the different age groups as well. The standard of the coaches is so important, it can turn good players into great players. |

Great guy Jamie Shore. met him a couple of times, one time was outside my office, loading training gear into a van, he had just started up his academy. Didn't know me from Adam but talked to me like an old friend. He introduced me to his French mate who had "worked with Zidane"! Chatted for a while about his untimely end to what should have been a glittering career and his academy plans. Very hospitable bloke.
His Radio Bristol commentary with Rich Hoskin was legendary! Brilliant entertainment.
