Thought he was looking slimmer and he's been moving a lot more so far. Unlucky when he hit the bar and he's played Leary in well twice already. Think side on he looks a lot slimmer than before. So more chance of home being on side than off side this season? Him not home! |

Barrett still looks like he could do with shedding a few pounds! Gascoigne always looked like he could but it didn't stop him performing, it's time to move on and judge the poor bloke on his performances not his weight. |

His performances have been poor so far because he looks like he's treading in treacle. Today he was moving more freely, until he got injured. Hopefully just a knock, but wouldn't be suprised if he did his hamstring. Garner wanting to finish with 10 men. Suppose it's good practice. |

And if he isn’t going anywhere surely best to get him match fit and part of the options on the wing? If the rumours of his wage are true, it’s a massive waste of resources |

Barrett’s got a decent touch and can pick a pass or take a shot - but he always seems to do it from a stand and not on the move. Trots round rather than runs. Can’t imagine him running back to cover when the ball gets lost, but I see something there.
As an aside I thought Rodders had a decent (half) game.

We've been trying to ship him out for over a year now, I think it's obvious that there's no takers on his wages. Then he needs to play? A fire up his arse and told to prove his worth? GC tried that last season? I'm imagine he's had a few talking to's but he's clearly not interested in playing for Rovers, god knows why why that's supposed to be his job!! |
