I’ve never used ifollow before this season. Someone on here said that there may be problems using safari as a browser to get it. Safari is my browser. Now I’m about as much a technophobe as you can get so I was a bit apprehensive over spending £10 on something that wouldn’t work smoothly, knowing I didn’t have the expertise to sort it out if it went wrong. Last week against Ipswich it worked perfectly as it did yesterday. I’m using an iPad and just go into the Rovers website and enter email and password. I had to fiddle about to get the commentary which was ok but I must be lucky. UTG! if your using an iPad then the issues with users being unable to watch the game on chrome on a laptop etc are not really relevant as I had no issues watching it on my phone but chrome refused to load. Although why don't you use the EFL iFollow app rather than Safari? Thanks for the info. Tbh when I tried it the first time it worked well and it did yesterday so I’m loathe to change it! What would be the advantages of using the EFL app? When I looked at the app the reviews didn’t seem very good so I decided not to. Is it worth it? UTG!

The app provides the easiest and best viewing solution. You with rarely have a problem viewing the games on the app. As Topper said, the issue comes from people trying to use the browser so they can hook the laptop up to the TV which can complicate things. Personally, after being an iFollow user since day one, I've never really bothered trying to hook up to the TV. I just use an iPad (because its a bigger screen than the iphone). Also because the Saturday games are awkward times for me here, getting the kids ready for bed, their things ready for school the following morning etc so I just walk around the house with the iPad in my hand!

I'm definstely not a technophobe so here's my take on it. During the first season of ifollow I had a few problems streaming the away games that were shown out of the Saturday 1500 slot. I contacted ifollow and was told to use Firefox and not Internet explorer. Worked occasionally but reverted to IE and worked OK. I still have the same Windows 10 laptop and have been using this season in the following way. Enter the Rovers site via favourites on my home page which as far as I know still is IE. Click on ifollow, next game sign in, click on the arrow if it's there and away I go. Connect up the hdmi lead to my TV and watch the game. This has worked perfectly this season for both games without a blip. By the way I purchase the game in advance on my mobile via the Rovers site. I have not bothered downloading the app that has been mentioned on here.

Thank you. Pretty much what I do, on iPad, very convenient and sat in garden in the sunshine and a point away to Sunderland, what’s not to like? 😀 UTG!

I had trouble viewing 2nd half of Ipswich game on iPad and iPhone app. Took screen shots, complained and got a full refund. So if you have trouble, do let them know. Just replied to payment confirmation. They didn’t quibble but took a few days to reply 👍

What did you do to get it working Bideford? I had same symptoms but didn't get it at all. Eventually gave up. Ok last week, but same problem week before.
I think it may be to do with varying network speed??

I think it may be to do with varying network speed?? Tried clearing the cache, switching to Firefox, chrome all to no avail. Back to Edge and started working although on my big TV the picture quality was nowhere near as good as before. Even the laptop picture was not the usual standard. Had to be an issue at ifollow I would suggest. Got it working after thirty minutes of the game today but no agent from ifollow got in touch. Hoping for better next Saturday.

Away on holiday for a week on the 10th October so will miss the defeat at Lincoln and the home game against Burton where we might manage to get a point.
