Jaakkola 7 again a relatively quiet game for him. Made a smart save low down first half and had no fault in Lincoln’s opener.

Ehmer 7.5 solid display and his distribution was better than previous. Only mistake was to Let his man get in behind him and almost gave away a penalty trying to recover.
Baldwin 8.5 another very good display. Not everyone’s favourite but is quickly becoming one of mine. Organised, composed and again great distribution. Finds feet and moves the ball forward into midfield more often than not. quickly becoming our best CB
Harries 8.5 another impressive display. Growing week on week into a very good CB. Made some important blocks yesterday and his opponent didn’t get by him once.

Hare 7 some very good crosses and his cross for the goal was fantastic. Only a couple of negatives from the game and that he gave the ball away a bit to often and was caught out and gave away a needless foul for Lincoln’s goal.
Grant 7.5 his best performance in a rovers shirt so far. Broke up play well and was nice to see his breaking 60 yard run with the ball. At times did sh** off positional wise but that will come with experience
Westbrooke 7 kept the ball well and some nice touches. Clearly a very technically gifted player but I would like to see his passing and little give and goes further up the pitch. Pulled out of a few challenges yesterday when it was there to win and some of his dead ball delivery was off.
McCormick 8 very impressive work rate and must of covered every blade of grass. Got stuck in well and made some good challenges. Passing was very good. 2 very good late runs into the box and really should of done better with the first in the first half which is the only mark against him yesterday. If he can keep that level of performance up I think he will do very well and could even be the goal scoring midfielder we need.
Tutonda 8.5 great performance again. A really great find. Tormented Lincoln all afternoon with his trickery going forward and was, barring 2 mistakes late in the game very good defensively. Fitness looks like it still needs some work as the 2 mistakes late in the game looked like they were made from him being exhausted. I really enjoy watching a player who plays with a smile on his face and plays the game for people to enjoy watching, especially his little drag back and flicked pass behind his legs in the first half. A left back mark Walters lol

Daly 8.5 great run and header for his goal. Thoroughly deserved goal for his effort and work rate yesterday. Ran continuously tracking back, harrying opponents and making forward runs. Ran himself into blind alleys at times and lost the ball but overall a very good performance and hopefully the goal will give him confidence to get more
Hanlan 9 MOTM great performance again yesterday. So strong, skillfull and quick. Gave Lincoln defenders a torrid time and at times took 3 players to foul him to get the ball off him. Reminds me so much of Jason Roberts when he first signed and hopefully that comparison continues and he develops his finishing and goes onto to be a player of similar abilities.

Subs:
Nicholson 6 worked hard but didn’t really have any impact.
Upson 6 added an experienced head into midfield.
Hargreaves 6 same as Nicholson.

Ref 8 best ref so far this season. Controlled the game well and I thought he got both penalty decisions right.
Lincoln 6 played some decent football first half but we dominated them for the second. They resulted to constant fouling and never looked like getting back into the game. I expect them to finish mid table come the end of the season.
