Notice a difference already regarding free kicks. Normally we would just roll it short for the slow build up, now it's just being launched straight into the box. Also no pointless passing around at the back. Agree. When we were three down at Ipswich ,first game we continually passed it sideways at the back.Hope we will be more positive now.

Also no pointless passing around at the back. Interesting, good to see the fannying about has been remedied...but it sounds like he’s made us even more direct than Garner. Will be interesting to see how we evolve from here to a more passing game the board seem to crave.

No one running with ball all headers sh** bring back Big Ben Surely if Tisdale can’t get a tune out of them maybe we have to conclude that the recruitment wasn’t that great? Although I think it will be a while yet before we can reach that conclusion. I’m as impatient as they come but I doubt he will have been able to have a material effect on our play in 24 hours! Agree mate ~ just amusing myself

Over the last few games I have been watching Cian Harries. He is often caught out of position, doesn’t always watch what is happening around him. I’ve also noticed he doesn’t celebrate much when we score. He looks to casual for my liking. He doesn’t seem to take responsibility. Is he fit enough? He’s a weak link for me. Whenever he’s mentioned in the commentary it’s invariably followed by “launches the ball forward”. It’s amazing to think he was brought in as a ball playing defender. I thought he was brought in as a player who can bring the ball out of defence?

Another straight ball cutting is open. We look Sunday league at times with our defending.

Personally not a fan of Harries, constantly plays it long and smashes it out for a throw in/goal kick. I'd feel a lot happier with Kilgour - Ehmer - Davies (when back) There is something not right about him. He seems off the pace.

I'll be interested to see how Tisdale is at half time team talks, and changing things which aren't working.

I thought he was brought in as a player who can bring the ball out of defence? Yeah seems so, being kind perhaps it’s a young player panicking and trying to shovel it on. I’m only listening so I can’t see if he’s ever presented with any options. What I have seen under Garner the defence doesn’t tend to get much dynamism from the likes of Grant so if the defensive mids are marked up and static then I guess the punt is the next best option.

Just go back to a back 4 where Ehmer and Kilgour are more natural and comfortable. What does the back 3 actually give us?

I think its actually got more to do with the wingbacks. As traditional RB/LBs, Tutonda, Hare & others would be wasted really
