I would have taken Upson off and left McCormick on. McCormick for me has been our best player tonight. Absolutely agree. What does every manager see in this slow, past it, clumsey donkey in Upson. LMc has been flawless tonight as has Oztumer. |

Two very poor sides - devoid of any real quality.
One of our few creative players and a real goal threat taken off and Dads Army Upson incredibly still in the game.

I’ve been disappointed by this second half performance actually.
Plenty of possession but no clear cut chances created against an awful Wigan defence.

Not at all convinced by the substitutions tonight. I'm not mad about them. We needed to shake it up, if he didn't we'd complain he didn't change anything. Without creating too much I would say we seem to have a bit more of a fire lit under our a*se since the subs. Barrett looks useful. |
