Really ? They hit the woodwork twice and JVS made a number of very good saves. I guess I’ll have to check the shots stats but I reckon they were fairly even and Plymouth must be wondering how they didn’t score. More like Ryan Lowe is wondering how long he'll remain at Plymuff's manager lose next week, assuming they are at home, and his job could well be on the line. I couldn’t give a monkeys.

Excellent result could have been 3-3 if it hadn’t been for JVS in outstanding form as our two centre half’s looked really dodgey again and weren’t helped by the pedestrian lazy ball watcher Grant. Everyone else played well and Upson must be shattered doing the work of two men.Sammy Nicholson is next level I really hope we don’t lose him any time soon. UTG. It does beggar belief BG would have forced EW out in January, likewise Kilgour, Leahy and Hargreave, along with Barrett, were all out of favour, we're now back getting the results the squad looked like it could achieve at the start of the season. Ed Wupson?

What a difference having a manager that has a scooby about what he’s doing makes. The commentary team of Hadwin and Brookman on Radio Bristol mentioned the difference between Garnerball and what we’re seeing now about 20 times today, such is the huge turnaround in what’s happening on the pitch!

A very entertaining game of football that was open and flowed mainly down to the ref not giving niggly fouls that seem to have crept into the game and was good to see. PT seems to have the we will score more goals than you philosophy which brings exciting attacking football but also has you on the edge of your seat thinking we could concede at any moment. If this continues it will create an excellent atmosphere when we are allowed back in as it excites fans and gets them into the game.

Having players so obviously in or out of favour left a bad taste and an atmosphere in the squad under GC and BG. Everyone needs dignity and respect to be able to do their best. If you see others treated that way you’ll always wonder if it’s you that’s next

Rovers revival must say that I liked Ben and his ideas but he was taking us down, Tis has us battling and so much more of an attacking threat we could have scored 6, pleased for jordi great performance. I like McCormick a lot and hope he stays permanently. Into the valley great skids music Tuesday cant wait. Hope you are all getting Ted Baker clobber for xmas otherwise you will be refused entry to the mem 😂😂😂😂 no store island or Lonsdale allowed

Excellent win, JVS MOM. Top class all round performance by our keeper. I am so pleased for him, as he's managed to put some average performances behind him, including that howler against Fleetwood (which I blame on the horrendous conditions), and really put in a top class performance today. He's still second choice, but hopefully today will give him confidence when he's called upon.

It's starting to come together now, great to see JVS have a confidence building game and also that goal and clean sheet will do Alfie the world of good.
I sure hope Nicholson either hasn't got or has a hefty release clause and could we consider signing McCormick permanently of available in the summer?
I'd like to see Barrett and Ayunga get a few more minutes both under their belts just in case they are called upon.
One the whole definitely no complaints here. Alls I'll do is tip my cap as an acknowledgment for PT and say UTG!!

The score line flattered us a little but a gutsy performance and really much more focused on the product in that final third. No one had a bad games ( but Grant needs to ball watch less) and JVS, Nicholson, McCormick and Upson deserve special mention.

With that terrible gk in he will let in at least two goals he’s terrible not good enough for this league this news has ruined my day 😡😡😡😡😡 Perhaps a useful reminder to not have a meltdown about these sort of things before a ball has been kicked? Well done to JVS today!

Although why MS & TW with all their experience in the game couldn't see he was out of his depth and get Wael to dismiss him in the summer his one of Rovers mysteries. Wael's wasted nearly a year on project Garnerball.

JVS has a dire rep, and we've not kept many clean sheets this season but we did tonight despite both of those. Posts don't count as goals otherwise Garner might have kept his job. Sometimes you don't need to tackle, you just need to make it bloody hard angles to go in and thus easy for a keeper. You should know by now, if we hit the post, we're rubbish, but if the opposition do, they're unlucky.

That was a fun watch. Muff were so impotent another 90mins wouldn't have seen us concede.
Still plenty to improve upon but I'll leave that to the guys who enjoy finding flaws in a 3-0 win! I'm looking forward to the upcoming fixtures now.
Really enjoying the interplay between our attacking midfielders. That was the best attacking shift Westbrooke has had for us so far.

Interesting. I thought our defence looked fairly comfortable. Whereas under Garner we looked like we'd concede every time we were in that position tonight we had a solid look that we haven't had since under GC. I didn't think Plymouth would score in a month of Saturdays Really ? They hit the woodwork twice and JVS made a number of very good saves. I guess I’ll have to check the shots stats but I reckon they were fairly even and Plymouth must be wondering how they didn’t score. JVS is part of the defence and he played very very well, and thats part of the reason Plymouth didnt score

Can’t see us keeping Nicholson past January, the guy is class above, think a couple of offers will be coming in

That was a very enjoyable watch, its refreshing to see us still look to push on when we're ahead rather than sitting back and trying to hold on. Plymouth were a lot better 2nd half JVS was excellent and him & the back 4 deserve a lot of credit for keeping a clean sheet. Tisdale has completely transformed this side we now look a real threat going forward, if we can tighten up on the chances we give away we can start looking upwards rather than over our shoulders.

I am pretty happy with the performance but we can give that many chances away against other teams or we will get punished.
