Ive read in other papers about Dutch customs men confiscating drivers sandwiches. They've obviously been told to do this, what a bunch of pathetic wrist jockeys. You seriously wanted to remain a part of a regime like that? it's the rules as the UK are a 3rd country. You know this. This is 'Australia' style border controls Exactly, oldgas would be unhappy if we used the same logic and let a few million EU migrants slip in because we treated the rules like guidance and y’know, not actually like RULES. It’s all coming home to roost. |

Just watching the news about the fisherman that Yatton posted. What an absolute farce - the entire town which is usually a fishing town incredibly busy is literally a stand still. They're not even fishing anymore as they can't sell it. What about all those new opportunities they were promised?
Then to top it off, Rees-Mogg states, ""he fish themselves prefer the new post brexit arrangements and are happier for it".
Well I'm not surprised they prefer it, no no is hunter them anymore. Where are posters such as OldGas who demanded this fishing deal so we can protect the fishing industry?

No wonder EU companies have trouble being competitive. Seems like the economics of the mad house to me. How could anyone justify that? |

Should it be basic salary or should it include regular (often required) overtime and commission. The other issue here is that it goes against all of the promises made not to dilute workers' rights. |
