 What a terrible starting XI  Four centre backs and two holding midfielders. Decision made - tenner stays in my pocket tonight. That starting Eleven is a disgrace... What on earth is going on with Daly ...No sign of him for months ... Nicholson damages his hip in training... out for four games and counting Oztumer was allegedly meant to be starting tonight ... No we go with the creative skills of Harries... I can only think useless clown Kevin Maher is whispering in PTs ear as the decisions being made are a joke. ... I thought PT was better than this. Tenner saved for sure... I’m fuming! |

Trying to work out the formation.... 4 - 1 - 2 - 2 - 1 with Harries sitting in front the back 4 but behind Grant and Upson which would be weird on a big pitch or 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 with Harries, Upson and Grant as the 3 ? Whatever it is it looks like we’re going to be narrow.... Shame no Ozzy - hopefully it’s just rest or a non serious injury rather than being recalled..... 5 at the back with Ehmer RB, 4 man midfield with will probably be a diamond and Hanlan up top alone I’d guess. I was optimistic when thinking Oz was coming back in and we’d play 4-2-3-1 again... now not so much tbh |

I think I read Perry Ng's dad is from Singapore, which explains the name! We lost 5-2 at home to Crewe in 2011! Christ who was that under? Buckle? I like Tisdale's funky fashion, but it's interesting that most managers choose to wear their clubs apparel when presumably they don't have to. I seem to remember in the National League all the managers had to wear the league's branded clothes with Vanarama on it? Boxing Day, it was under Buckle and he was given a well deserved full on Bristolian lady garden Christmas message! |

Wow, there's a lot of defensive players in the starting line up. Are we playing five at the back with a couple of defensive midfielders to help them out? Sadly,none of them are any good at defending. |

Yes maybe ... but PT keeps saying he doesn’t know the players .... seven weeks on . So who is giving him the nod on people like Harries ahead of probably five other better options. I don’t know ... I wish Garners coaches had left with him tbh. |

I also tend not to berate a team before a game but on paper substitutes included this is a disgrace. We must have the worst medical team in professional football and how are any of those subs gonna change a game. Where’s oz? Daly ? Walker? Nicholson?

In my opinion the whole season's a write off anyway and I only hope we stay in League One and grow as a team over the course of this ghost season.

Surely we are not playing five at the back? At least when we played that earlier in the season we played with wing backs. Now we have one full back and one centre back out wide?

Edit: Just seen your post above, I'll forgive your anger and frustration. Clearly it doesn't help having 4 first choices missing and just maybe this team selection is designed to keep a clean sheet with the hope of nicking something. |
