Any of the other defenders... The only real alternative is Harries and he's got at least one mistake in him a game, he was also on the pitch last night when we conceded 3 goals, we need desperately need an RB so Ehmer can then move back to CB, surely RB's aren't that difficult to sign even in January? Harries played last night and made no mistakes. In fact he was our best defender by a country mile and the most comfortable on the ball. Baldwin and Kilgour made several cock ups each and were responsible for two of the goals they scored. Strange that you make him responsible for us conceding three goals just because he was on the pitch.

The first goal came down the left hand side of our defence so I assume Harries must take some blame for that one? Given Crewe could have had 5 or 6 on a good night I can't Harries could have had a good game, once again the whole core of the team is poor, CH/CM/CF, Tisdale must have been desperate for a job to take this job on.

We've got to find a way of getting Ogogo in the team I think. It’s simple in my eyes, replace Upson in the team with Ogogo, Upson’s a better passer of the ball but we’ve got Westbrooke, McCormick and Oztumer for that. What we need is someone who can put a tackle in, break up the play and make life hard for their midfielders when we aren’t on the ball and I think Ogogo could perform that role quite well. We certainly need that kind of player and character in the side. Upson and Grant mostly just hold back deep in front of the back four and wait for the opposition to play the ball in to our penalty box. A defensive midfielder is there to protect the back four and stop the ball getting in to the back four but Upson and Grant are pedestrian ball watchers. I’m not saying Ogogo is the answer I hope we can bring someone better in but if not then Ogogo is the man and player you want in a relegation scrap. Too many players in this squad that don’t seem to even know what rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in is let alone capable of doing it.

I like Oztumer, and I'm glad he'll be back in the team, but he's not done enough in a Rovers shirt to warrant the title 'The Turkish Messi'. Isn't he from Cyprus anyway? Hoping for a more attacking performance tonight, but Crewe are a good side, unbeaten in 8 league games. I think a draw would be a good result. One plus is that their Captain Perry Ng has agreed to join Cardiff so probably won't play tonight Turkish Cypriot born in the UK - His parents are probably from Northern Cyprus then (best not get into this one) So he’s British. His heritage is different to his country.

I’ve pointed this out before- Ogogo can play at right back which was his position in his Arsenal days. He would be our best option from within the existing squad. We've got to find a way of getting Ogogo in the team I think. Not difficult, we play with two defensive midfielders every week who haven’t been very good this season. Take one out and put Ogogo in. Sorted.
