Grant and Ogogo, together wtf, how bad has Grant got to play to be dropped ? Glad to see Nicholson back, would have left out Baldwin & Grant, and brought in Westbrooke and McCormack. How many defenders to we need in a side ?

Have to laugh at this forum.
People calling for Ozzie and Nicholson to come back into the side and last week for Ogogo to be in the side.
Now we have some moaning because McCormick is not in the side and Ogogo is.
I was under the impression you could only have eleven players on the pitch at once. On top of that some are questioning why we don't just start the game with four defenders.
Quite obvious to me whatever PT does, win or lose, the usual suspects will never be happy.
Tough game tonight and a loss a good possibility, whatever happens let hope the two returning come through unscathed for the game on Saturday.

Yes the return of Ozzy and more importantly Nicholson! Feeling more confident but still think Peterborough might be too strong for us? What do you think the formation will be? 3-4-1-2 with Williams and Leahy either side of Ogogo and Grant and Ozzy in behind Hanlan and Nicholson? Or will we see Ehmer or Baldwin playing as a DCM just in front of the defence and behind Ogogo and Grant with Ozzy at the tip of a diamond midfield? As I thought, it’s 3-4-1-2 .... all these people moaning about 5 at the back.... Posh are a really strong in form team with a hell of a forward and midfield that bully you. I can completely understand Ogogo and Grant both starting.... |

Would love to have most of our non league side playing tonight, Taylor, Harrison, Brown, Mansell, Lines, Clarke , Lockyer ect loads better than our team now, how far have we gone?  That side from about April time in 2015 would wipe the floor with this lot. |

Why persist with a back 5, our defenders clearly do not suit it, would drop Baldwin and fit McCormick into that side. Agree. I don’t get the five at the back but I can see why with the oppositions attacking threat. I will be very disappointed if we still keep five at the back and two defensive midfielders at home to Rochdale. Big boost to get Oz and Nicholson back though which at least gives us a fighting chance. |

Everyone seems to think we’ll get stuffed tonight but I know over the yrs we’ve had a few really surprising wins when we all thought we’d get stuffed . I just can’t remember who against ! Crystal Palace away at Christmas 1981 |
