That’s a strong line up I like it, lots of intent. It will need Westbrooke and McCormick to be more disciplined to support Ogogo. Cant afford both Westbrooke and McCormick to push forward at the same time. I like this team a lot. If Ehmer wasn’t captain would you play Baldwin? Sometimes I think a skipper gets more chances than other players. Not saying I dislike Ehmer but he hasn’t ever had more than a 7/10 performance for me and doesn’t talk to Kilgour and help him in a two like Millwall T would |

Today is a home game...
So at a minute to 3 o’clock I propose a minutes reflection on those we have sadly lost to this horrible pandemic and never knew that Shrewsbury Town on 29th Feb last year was to be the last time they saw their beloved team play.
and during that minute to those struggling, as we all are in some way, remember we will get through this and we will once again meet up and socialise. Stay positive everyone. Better times are round th corner.

Ehmer hasn't really impressed me, not what I expected when he signed, that's not to say he won't improve. Think we might see a 433 formation at some point today.

Grant not suspended frosty said they got it wrong. The cut off for a 1 match suspension after 5 cautions is 19 league games this season - I think it was more last. So Grant is obviously fine. The 10 caution cut off is 37 league games. Cautions in cup competitions are treated completely separately this season. |

I would swap Ehmer for Baldwin and step Kilgour up from vice captain to captain

Feeling positive about today..... carry on the same form from Tues and we’ll get a good win.... I’m predicting an @marshy special today ........ 3-1 win with Ehmer, Nicholson and Hanlan scoring.....

Hmm, with Baldwin out I would have gone 4 at the back and kept Grant in. Not convinced by Harries yet.
Good attacking intent though. COME ON THE GAS!!

Looks like 3-4-2-1 with Westbrooke alongside Ogogo.... No Baldwin and Grant on the bench - must be knocks or fatigue - Grant had a stormer on Tuesday night..... personally would have liked to see McCormick alongside Ogogo as he is a bit more aggressive and box to box than Westbrooke but maybe we’re thinking Westbrooke in a quarterback position spraying the passes will be about to counter Rochdales high line.... decent line up and great Ozzy and Nicholson are in from the start again.... |
