Couldn't make it up. We've needed a new training ground for decades. Now you're slagging him off for building one! That’s fanatical! He seems to have some obsession with slagging the owner off for anything and everything - even when he’s doing stuff for the benefit and in the best interests of the club fanatical supposedly supports? What’s Wael done to you fanatical to water you off and make you dislike and try to discredit him so much? (All the time!) So you would rather spend the money on grass rather than players? OK see you in Div 4 next season. I seem to remember we did rather well over the years without a spanking bright training ground - remember Wembley? Cup winners and Div 3 champions? There are ways of spending what money you have to best effect and I would put players ahead of training pitch any day, and when those players earn you cash that gives you an opportunity to then buy assets. When the owner does well he will have my full support 100% - but if you think WE are doing well (including tonight!) - I do not - please tell me why you think I am wrong. Any decision in a Company ultimately lands on the desk of the owner - I always accepted that as an owner - and hopefully so does Wael Al-Qadi? |

Wael is also part of the problem, whether you want to see it or not. We haven't improved on the pitch since he's been at the helm, you can talk about infrastructure all you want, but on the pitch is where it matters. We've gone backwards since he took over the club. The promotion snatched with the last kick of the season had nothing to do with him, dispite him being lofted on shoulders outside The Vic. This is his club, he hires the staff and appoints the managers. This is just as much down to him as anybody else. He needs better people responsible for the day to day running of the club. Do Starnes and Tommy Widd train, pick the squad, employ the tactics and say what the in game decisions are? No. That’s with the gaffer and of the 8 league games Tis has lost most of it has been down to him. |

Truly embarrassing , can’t believe I’m seeing this sh** , lost for words , I’m actually embarrassed to be gashead , bunch of useless wankers , this team is utter dog sh** with no pride for the shirt. Wouldn’t be surprised is Tisdale resigns shortly after this shower of sh**e Why would anybody walk away from a 2.5 years contact which must be worth £100K+ p.a.? The best we could get is him leaving by mutual agreement i.e. we've paid him off to go. |

The 2nd. Might need to watch it again mate, it was into his arms and he spilled it back into the net as he dived to his right. The shot should be been stopped sure, but this was basics for a GK. The fact that we even mention the defence shows the difference as if that was JVS, it wouldn’t have mattered IMO. That's very harsh. If I was Tisdale, I'd be giving Harries, Westbrooke and Leahy a rocket for not closing down. The shot was unchallenged from 10 yards and Day got down to get an arm to it, but "in his arms"?
I do take back the point about the first goal and apologies to Josh Grant. Nicholson let Lund get free and Kilgour was in the area of the near post. Possibly some criticism of Day's positioning, but that was due to not having a defender at the near post.
Agree to disagree, I think it's a basic save to make tbh. As we've seen tonight, Day is sh*t. I'd rather have JVS. |
