Such sad news. Graham, like many retired pro's became pub licensees and managers. Had many a chat with him over the bar, in particular his tales of playing alongside the likes of Big Jim Eadie. A man's man who will be sadly missed.

Awful news. Had a few chats with Graham when he ran the Globe in Frampton Cotterell. He had some great stories from his time with Rovers and he was an absolute gent. RIP big man, condolences to the Day family.

No need to look it up: Eadie Jacobs Parsons DAY Taylor Prince Stephens Stanton Warboys Bannister Dobson Sub Fearnley. RIP Graham. Sad news, condolences to family and friends, great memories of Southampton on Eastville's pristine surface, that 'tackle' , pass typified Graham, not many 'shrinking violets' in that line up! thanks for the memories Graham.

A really really good bloke and this is such sad news.
Was saying earlier for a bloke who was a decent footballer but not a star name as such he has some unreal stories. He once partnered Carlos Alberto in an exhibition match for Cosmos, played with Best and Cruyff. Played against Eusebio and Pele

RIP Graham
Never saw him play, but one of those players who always gets a mention from the older fans when talking about the glory days at Eastville in the 70s.
