Thought it was a decent interview, myself. Bear in mind he's talking to the players, not to all the lady gardens on here.

It's true what he said, he's no a magician in that he can't make players score goals, isn't he only saying what we've been saying all season ? He did say he will keep us up as" he's got a team" but you clearly chose to ignore that comment. You water takes assistant? Have you bothered to listen to the interview? Can't say I disagree with him, if Daly had taken one of his chances and McC his then we wouldn't have lost, apart from putting the ball in the net himself not sure what he can do, which is basically what he's saying

Just heard tisdale reaction, well , the man is deluded if he thought that perform was fabulous then we as a club are in bigger trouble than I thought. He says we got no forwards, then in jan brings back a midfield player, a fullback , and a goalie, not sure but I think he has totally lost the plot Were those his signings? I’d like to think he put across what he wanted and Widdrington et al balsed it up.

I read that as Tisdale saying to the board through the interview "what else do you expect me to do"......
I think he's trying to say it's not me it's you before his (possible) departure.....
He wasn't complaining when we won earlier with him or have Sheff Utd a close run

I'm going to go out on my own here and stand by him a little bit.
They aren't his players. I think he is just standing up for the players a little and trying to give them much needed confidence before a big game on Saturday. If you look at shots etc there wasn't much between the 2 teams today and Oxford are the form team in this league.
I expect to get shot down for this but I have thick skin.

I like many others said the lack of a goalscorer would kill us. Man City are currently walking the prem without the lack of a goalscorer. If you haven't noticed they have some of the best players in the world who clearly know how to score, whereas we've got McCormick missing open goals.

Before he was taken on , surely he was asked “ do you think you can work with the players we’ve got here “ ? I really don’t think the players we have are actually that bad , they’re not great but certainly shouldn’t be relegation fodder. You can tell he’s been around the block because he’s trotting out excuses and not admitting that’s he’s not very good at his job, it’s somebody’s else’s fault !

Just making the point that you can be successful without one proven out and out goalscorer if you create enough chances.

You are not alone, we both watched the same game. If this side had a little bit of fight in them we would stay up but they are too lightweight and the wrong players for a relegation scrap. But who knows?

We can do better than Tisdale. He doesn’t know what this football club is about if that was good enough for him tonight. If anyone has a link to his post match interview please post it here. Hmm....it feels to me like he’s being genuine there, or at least trying to speak highly of the players to boost their confidence.

I can't see anyone else doing any better. Our only hope is that there's a free jch type around..

Tisdale said it three times in his interview ... Also saying he thought the teams performance tonight was fabulous. Magician ...? You’re not a football manager you absolutely deluded imposter. This is a sad time to be a Rovers Fan ... Wow! ! I really hope you’ve taken him out of context. He hasn’t. He said he thought we were brilliant. I wish he would take his egotistical specs off and accept some responsibility for the awful management he is employing through this squad. When are the board going to realise we are limping into L2 at an alarming rate and they need to act by getting rid of this feckless fraud.

But who knows? Ogogo would make a massive difference if fit. Tis is unlucky he got injured after drafting him back in after he was frozen out by Ben Garner.

I like many others said the lack of a goalscorer would kill us. Man City are currently walking the prem without the lack of a goalscorer. Sterling, Mahrez and Foden all score goals. As does Gundogan at the moment. They don't need one. We don't score goals full stop.

If Daly had taken one of his two chances it would have given us the lead, I think?, if McM had taken his it would have been 1-1. fine margins. Assuming PT's not dismissed tomorrow all we can do his support him and his players and hope (& pray!) we win on Saturday.

I like many others said the lack of a goalscorer would kill us. Man City are currently walking the prem without the lack of a goalscorer. Thats because the whole team can score goals . Difference is none of our team can score goals.
