Hard to know how much of it has been leaked already, assume most, schools back on 8th with no vaccines for teachers.
It's entirely their fault for the continued ramshackle lockdowns and huge death rate anyway so it's just a continued misery round-about from the certified idiot in chief.

Was there a 'dry pub' leak the other week? It's impossible to keep up with the gibberish we are fed really.
I think the huff post headline I saw was literally 'dry pubs to open, gov were warned in July not to reopen for Xmas'.

Good news coming from Scotland though, that covid related hospital intake is dropping dramatically (85-94%) due to the vaccine roll out.
