Great to be leading at half time and deserved as we have been the better side.
Although a bit scrappy at times we've had some very encouraging moves going forward.
Thank goodness for Leahy, be nice if Hanlon or Nicho could also get on the scoresheet.

Really solid first half and quality passing team goal... with the exception of the odd couple of minutes here and there, we’ve been pretty much in complete control ..... If we win I’m taking the credit as I’ve recently been putting £5 bets on Rovers to win BTTS, Leahy to score and Gas to win 2-1 or 3-1.... I’ve lost every time I’ve bet so today I didn’t and we’re winning and Leahy scores! thats jinxed it then, another 2-1 loss I reckon 😉 |

Very positive half, we have been first to every ball and we seem to be playing 20 yards further forward. Great goal very well worked. I just hope we come out second half with the same positivity and not try to sit and protect the lead we have. More of the same please gas UTG

Yes. Although I can’t imagine many people are doing the VPN thing now that everyone in the UK can watch. Albeit at a higher price. Us foreigners pay £110 for the whole season. £130 this year wasn't it 🤔 Twas here in Gibraltar 🇬🇮 Think your right. Maybe it started around £110 during the first season? It’s gone up a little since then. |

Hanlan needs a goal and he should have had two in that first half. Best football for a while with some classy moves and touches. Should be three up and that could be a problem. Looks like Swansea are similar to us 77% possession 13 shots and no goals. City no shots either on or off target.Lets hope we can get a second to give ourselves a good chance.

On this performance alone this is much, much better from Rovers. Like Joey is doing we need to have confidence now. Try, really try to see the positives from this first half performance. Best performance fir a while. I loved the way the team celebrated, showing their enthusiasm for the shirt. Let’s focus on winning this game and a few more. We can win this mini bottom of the table seven league over next few games and push on. That 45 mins gave me confidence that Joey is making progress. Stay positive and enjoy the ride gasheads.

I've been impressed with the high pressing as well, quite a few times it has caused Shrewsbury to just aimlessly hoof it out of play.
I think Joey alluded to it in one of his interviews that he wants to start defending from the front, and is the best form to attack.

Been saying it all season, Luke Leahy is f**king brilliant Certainly made the left wing back spot his own - What to do with Tutonda and Koiki as surely don't need two in reserve More likely to see Koiki on the left wing so room for both going forward IMO. But I think Kelly's time here is over (I know he's out on loan). |

Rodman plays using his head!!! Playing well McCormick rushes his shots I think McCormick will go on to have a great career in the Championship. He needs to iron out a few bits but that will come with experience. |
