Very good performance, worked very hard and needed the subs as our pressing had dropped off. Wouldn't be the gas if they didn't give us a nerve racking end. Still well done lads and JB for a much better organised display and three deserved points. UTG

Bringing on subs so late in the game can be disruptive plus they need time to get involved but we got away with it-great win now on to Tuesday night

Phew! None of us ever thought it was going to be plain sailing at 2-0 going into the 90th minute! Big win and a great shift from the players. The only negative is I’m not a big fan of JB’s late triple substitution. He did it on Tuesday and the all the subs were at fault for those goals and today’s. Tisdale would have been fuming with those goal and full time celebrations mind! Yep, would be better to spread them out a bit, it would wind down the clock a bit and allow time for the team to adjust to the changes

What is it with us and injury time goals, god that was nail biting. Always!!! Never easy So comfortable for 90 minutes 0 shots then Barton changes things? What was the point? What's the betting if Rodmanbetc had pulled something late on you'd be asking why Barton didn't make changes? It's rare any club doesn't make a few subs in the final 10 mins or so. Burton up next look like the real form team of L1, it looks like another big match coming up on Tuesday. I'm sensing Wigan and Northampton are looking doomed, then it's 6 or 7 teams fighting to avoid the other two relegation spots. Fleetwood's form is shocking post JB's departure.

Well done Rovers, or as Jim Bowen used to say 'great, smashing, super! ' makes the Wigan loss even more frustrating buts that's football!, Shame about no clean sheet but that's being picky, What a nail biting finale! now come on Rovers on to another good result Tuesday and we can really start to believe!

JB getting frisky with one of their players as they were coming off the pitch NO HE WASN'T!!! Complete crap.. I watched that closely, he was trying to calm there player down as it seemed the shrewsbury player had abit of beef with Harris. Not the way I saw it agree to disagree, we won't actually know

Typical Rovers making us sweat in the last few minutes. Well done Joe, we look like a team that are working for each other. UTG

Great performance and decent win.... nervy last 10 after their goal but good save by Van Stapper! Fully claiming this win for not putting my normal bets on! It was a better stop by Day, he's the real hero of today's victory in a great team effort.

God we made as hard work of that as we could! Total dominance for 90 minutes, shrews never had a shot! Then injury time total carnage, score with first attack, then keeper knocked out saving a goal. Jordi making point blank save with first touch and a good un at that! Never easy being gas. 2.1 absolutely flattered shrews.

Enjoy a few beers tonight everyone! Was really worried after Tuesday's loss but sounds like a well deserved win. A point on Tuesday would be a great result. YOU BLUES!

Get in!! Great team performance until the final few minutes. Don't think you can blame Barton for making the changes like he did, as the way we were set up with the high pressing, Hanlan, Nicholson, Westbrooke and Rodman ran themselves into the ground. It's just typical Rovers to make it difficult for ourselves. A much needed win, improved performances from everybody, we look a lot more organised and we look a far better team. Onwards and upwards. Agree - especially since at least two of them are carrying injuries. Although it was a bit nerve wracking at the end hopefully the players will take confidence from this game. You could see they were sh**ting themselves as soon as Shrewsbury got a goal back, a hangover from Tuesday’s kick in the balls. Conceding an equaliser would have been soul destroying with them having not had a single shot on goal in the first 92 minutes. Onwards and upwards. UTG!

I'm predicting 15+ goals by the end of the season for Mr Brandon Hanlan.

Can only make 3 sets of substitutions i understand.

Not the way I saw it agree to disagree, we won't actually know In fairness I saw the same as Icegas, he seemed to be cooling the situation. Or, trying to. Seemed successful to me.
