I thought JB was spot-on with this interview. I don’t want him to leave because I think he could help lead us to bigger & better things,
Fight me . . .

1) Does he want to stay? 2) Will he stay out of prison? 3) Can we afford his, and his coaches, wages and aso required transfer budget in L2?
If he does stay then I hope we don't have posters for the next year or two blaming him for our relegation, when it seems we were doomed the day Wael decided not to dismiss Garner last summer.

The first rule of fight me is never talk about fight me. The second rule of fight me is invade the pitch v Southampton and throw a few windmills.... Haven't heard pm interview, but tbh it's looking ominous now so not sure what JAB can say? We were well beaten today and our mistakes accentuated their play ..

It’s a shame Joey can’t pull on the quarters himself. He’s not so long finished playing and would be just what we need in the middle of the park!

Annoying thing is I don’t think your right about being well beaten. They were pretty much same level as us but made no individuals errors and converted a couple of attacks. Fine margins in this league there’s not any good teams really I mean look at how bad Burton were and they beat top the table today

It was pointless bringing another manager in.
If TW felt the squad was good enough Wael should have told him to show us they are until the end of the season. A new manager after 2 failures needed a pre-season especially as he isnt getting a full weeks training.

Why is it even in question about him leaving, other than the summer trial?

Oh no we are back to dusting ourselves down. Not again please change the record So you've gone from hating him when he was appointed, to loving him after we beat Shrewsbury, to hating him again after a loss, have you ever thought about changing your own record?

Why is it even in question about him leaving, other than the summer trial? We've no idea if he wants to manage a L2 side and we've no idea if Wael will want him to manage us in L2? Once his trial is out of the way then depending on the outcome he may well prefer a job nearer his home? Although May's a long way May off, if we go down with a whimper none of us might want JB has our manager, with 4 of the next 6 games at home JB's now got a good opportunity to turn our season around.

Fair point, just find it strange that’s it’s even being discussed. Surely we should talk about whether he should be here or not, after the season has finished?

I thought Barton was a good, exciting appointment. He's been in charge for four matches. I still think he's a good, exciting appointment and I won't be changing my mind any time soon. I believe he'll keep you up but if he doesn't I'd predict a very enjoyable promotion campaign next season.

i think we need to think this out rationally jb was brought in to steady the ship, and avoid relegation the truth is the players we have are not good enough which we have known from day two. from day one with the new signings we all expected more. why we didnt get it god knows mistakes made on the pitch happen all the time, but we seem to be going through a bad spell at the moment and what do they say, they always even themselves out over the season this season has been the worst in years, with games being played over a short period of time i believe that all the players and management are doing their best. i think it may be better to go down and rebuild with jb his knowledge and connections will make bristol rovers a team to be feared again joey the balls in your court now me old son .do us proud!

Yes it was Holloway and still is my first choice, but as I have sad I will give jb until the end of the season to convert me, I don’t expect much from the next game but from then on I hope we will start moving up the table
