Tisdale said before he left that too many had forgotten the basics up at Accrington, I thought at the time that we should give Martinez a go because at WBA he will have had the basics drilled into him. Now JB has seen him and he’s worked his way into the squad I hope he gets his chance. With Williams, Ehmer, Grant, Hanlan ands Nicholson nursing knocks and niggles I’d go with Day Kilgour Baldwin Martinez Hare McCormick Oztumer Rodman Tutonda Daly Ayunga To feature from the bench: Koiki Phillips Walker Upson Mehew (or Hargreaves if Tom not available) Unused subs Harries JVS Rodman has shown he can do a professional job anywhere so give him a go in the midfield engine room as he doesn’t mind a tackle, I know someone said in the last match day thread that Westbrooke made a tackle but I didn’t see that for myself! Even a short of form wizard of Oz will bite their ankles in a midfield three! I reckon that team has players of a positive mindset and also enough intelligence not to forget the manager’s words as soon as they step on the pitch. Tisdale?? There's no way I'd throw Martinez in against Accy, it could destroy his career before it's even started, players like Ehmer need to step up and earn their wages, as far as Ozt either he's still struggling with COVID, or JB simply doesn't rate him as he's hardly figured since he was appointed. Looks like 352 again .
I just want to see us play with some bloody width this formation has been done to the death by 3 managers this season and we look predictable and narrow most of the time and when our wing backs do finally get forward we get caught out.
Hopefully tonight will be different .

Disappointed but not surprised to see leahy not only keep his place but retain the armband in ehmer's absence after his weekend performance and having Been called out by JB publicly for making the mistake. How bad must Dave be in training?!
